I applied here for a Transport Truck driver position and the receptionist was quite rude and bad tempered. Thanks but no thanks. I'm not going to deal with a rude management considering us hirees bring MONEY to the agency and pay for these people to have a job...Much better job agencies in Ottawa folks. Keep on looking.

Pat helped me through a very difficult time. I had lost my work due to covid, and then after spent several months caring for my dying grandmother. I was feeling very lost and confused about what steps to take for my future. I was very depressed when I first started with Pat.Pat guided me towards resources that helped me learn more about coping strategies for my own personality -introverted, sensitive, empath, creative...She gave me examples of how other people similar to me in different ways are thriving. From the very beginning Paul was difficult to get a hold of, and bad at returning calls. This would have been tolerable had he actually done a reasonable job. After taking over a month to finish my returns and missing the deadline, Paul proceeded to fail to actually file any of the 4 returns that I paid him for. He also made a number of critical mistakes, including not claiming my RRSP contributions, which would have significantly reduced my return had I not reviewed his work.Since Paul never filed any returns I was forced to pay late fees, but when I tried to get him to cover them, he did not respond to email or phone calls.Update: They've responded saying they'd reach out, but 3 weeks later I haven't heard anything
