I've had two gastroscopy appointments in two years with Oak Ridges Endoscopy. Both of my experiences were pleasant and straightforward. If you're nervous like myself when it comes to medical procedures, you won't be with Dr. Ginzburg and his team. Everybody there is calm and friendly, has a good sense of humor, and they do a great job of explaining what happens before, during and after the procedure. You're in good hands at Oak Ridges Endoscopy.

I was very impressed with most of the process. Staff were professional, and I felt comfortable from entering the clinic to leaving. They answered all my questions prior to the procedure. My only negative comment is, after the procedure, I was told my likely diagnosis (pending pathology results), and I did ask a few questions which were answered. Later, likely due to the sedative, I could not remember the answers to my questions and had to rely on the paper given to me with diagnosis. I think it would be beneficial if the person bringing me back home was also present when the the results were given to me.

I was impressed at how fast I was able to get an appointment. Provis runs a very efficient clinic. Staff were very friendly and seemed to all work together to make patients feel comfortable. It was a much more comfortable atmosphere than a hospital setting.

Very professional and very efficient. What seemed like a long, drawn-out procedure at the hospital took only about an hour at the GHA Surgical Centre. The staff were friendly. The doctor provided me with all the information I needed when he introduced himself. If you need to have an endoscopic screening done, I highly recommend GHA Surgical Centre.

Look… the service they provide is nobodies favorite pastime. On the other hand I feel they preformed the needed service in an efficient, accurate, and healthful manner which is better than 85% of the healthcare in canada. The doctors - both performing and anesthesiologist were personable and seemingly efficient. The care staff at the front desk was clear and kind, and the assistants were helpful and supportive. If you are over 50 and havent gotten a colonoscopy, and are in the greater Toronto area this is a solid choice for where to get it done. You’ll still need to stay on top of the prep work and the instructions but this is a good choice of where to get it done.

I recently had my first colonoscopy and I was of course nervous. But when I called and asked questions about how to prep the lady named Sarah who answered the phone was so kind, helpful, informative and put my nerves completely at ease. She was very patient even though I had a ton of questions and she patiently and kindly addressed them all. Even when I arrived for my appointment I recognized Sarah’s voice and she welcomed me in such a cheerier manner. The whole medical crew that were part of the procedure were all wonderful. Dr Mandelbaum who was the doctor that preformed the procedure was very kind and made me feel at ease and before I knew it the whole procedure was done! You’re pretty much asleep for the whole thing and I can’t tell you how grateful I was that it was all pain free. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff members that work at the Oakville North Endoscopy!

This is a new clinic, only opened for 3 weeks. My experience is exactly same as they say: to provide state of the art, comprehensive, quality medical services in an efficient and caring environment to ensure the best for your health.The staff is very caring and quick response to my reservation and my question. The process of my colonoscopy was well taken care off. Dr. Mandelbaum is excellent. It only took me half an hour to finish the process and I felt nothing. It was great that I get the results immediately after the process.Very happy with overall experience. Highly recommend!!

Very efficient, staff very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Doctors extremely efficient and professional. Make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend this facility for anyone requiring their services
