I have used Penometal Design and Fabrication Ltd on a couple different jobs now. I have found Ali great to deal with. The work was very good and completed on schedule. I have recommended him to fellow builders.

Update: The auction house refunded the purchase of the TV stand as the there was no way we could have detected the missing part. Good people, reputable company!Do not buy furniture from this auction house that is not fully assembled and can be inspected before buying. We paid $85 for a TV stand that was worthless because a major part was missing. We did our diligence and inspected the packaging before buying and there was no sign it had been re-packed and the box was in good condition. Without the missing piece the item was worthless and just more garbage for the landfill. Buyer beware, this is our second auction purchase that was completely worthless.

My mother and I have been on a mission to find new mattresses for a few weeks now. After visiting many different stores and trying about 100 different mattresses we were about to give up when we decided to stop at The Sleep Factory and try one last time. Thankfully we did because our sales associate Angelo was wonderful! He was super knowledgeable and had endless amounts of patience. He was not pushy at all and made this impossible task of finding the right mattress quite pleasant. He was personable and very fair with his prices. We both left there with a new mattress that should be arriving in a couple weeks. Cannot wait for my new mattress and a better nights sleep!!!

What a find! Brought in a large ottoman to recover. They have a large selection of fabrics but not what i was looking for. So they referred me to a fabric warehouse where I Found exactly what I wanted and more. Brought it back and added 5 pillows to the order. Just picked up yesterday (2 weeks ahead of estimated delivery) and am thrilled with the results. Excellent work, very helpful and very reasonably priced.

Terrible service, extremely rude owner. Cabinet came scratched and unevenly painted.. Entire interaction left a terrible impression. One star is all I can give .
