We purchased flooring a few years ago from this store and when we recently needed flooring for our newly renovated basement we naturally returned to Global Alliance for the second time. Again, we were not disappointed!Although we had an idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store Iwona offered us a great product selection, she certainly knows her products! We purchased our flooring and our trim and upon telling our neighbours, they also purchased trim at the same time!Our next project is tiling and your store will be our first place to visit as we start to look around for tiles!

Called this company today as we had an issue with one of our shower faucet in the guest bathroom and have company coming to stay very soon. The team was over shortly after our call ended and was able to replace the part and restore the shower to working order very quickly and reasonably priced! I highly recommend calling them for any and all plumbing needs!

Tibi and the team did an amazing job installing our Ikea kitchen cabinets. The best compliment we received is people think we spent 5x the price installing our cabinets vs what we actually spent. Tibi and the team made our kitchen look like a modern luxury European style kitchen. I would highly recommend Tibi.

Overall an outstanding experience beginning to end. It starts with a no pressure friendly trip to their showrooms. Helpful staff will you choose from the huge selection, both samples and on site slabs. I made multiple visits making my mind up and was always greeted warmly. Once you have made your selection, turnaround from measurement, fabrication and installation was incredibly quick. They use state of the art equipment to get the job right. Recommended.

Emma at the Rhinelander location designed our kitchen for us. Impossible to say enough good things about her. The design is excellent, her communication and follow-through is exceptional. She listened to everything that we wanted in a kitchen and provided an M product that was beyond her expectations. Thank you Emma.

My house had concrete steps from the previous owner...which had sagged A LOT over the years. I wanted the concrete ones removed and wood stairs put in. Every one i called said they didn't do wood stairs...until i called JCS. I was overjoyed to hear i could finally get these terrible stairs out & nice ones in. While they were here we got to talking about the wood stairs & upkeep on them & decided that no slip vinyl encasing the wood would be the better option since it's basically maintenance free. No staining each summer etc. Best part is that it wasn't that much more price wise so i'd have been crazy to pass up. They did an AMAZING job! Jon, as well as the gentleman he was working with both answered all of my questions in great detail. No rushed answers or work. Super professional. Great quality of work. I will definitely call them in the future for my other big projects.
