Office furniture store

Rob Scholl was absolutely great in helping me with my chair purchase. I will gladly be coming back to him and POI for future office furniture purchases.I bought a Steelcase Gesture chair and it’s the best investment. Working from home for 8 hour days and then being on computer for personal use, you absolutely need to invest in your own health.

Never use this company to sell or liquidate furniture or trust. Took our furniture when our office was closing and gave us a cheque that bounced. Promised to pay many times then stopped accepting our call. The property manager of the building told us to beware of them, but since it was our second dealing (first selling something to them) I thought I could trust Albert Barnes, the owner. Nice enough guy, but do not trust.

Beyond 5 star service every time I go in. Their entire staff is amazing. I can't point out one specific individual because they are all great. I always leave with a smile on my face.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Just terrible. They don't even pretend to care.

I received a top service from one of the employees who guided me on how to save money by printing a document through the printer all by myself instead of paying more through the front-desk employees who would charge much more! What a way to show big caring for customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Got so disappointed. I was here to pick up my mails. They gave me a 5-dollar coupon. However, one of the items was charged 6 dollars more than the price on the tag. Totally a scam.

The floor staff who weren't assisting other customers pushed me to staff who were clearly assisting other customers. Cashier was too busy playing with her cellphone and seemed offended when I tried getting her attention. I couldnt get a yes or no answer when i asked for a bag either.Staff need to be more engaging.

This Urban Barn features some great home decor, and furniture. This is no discount store and prices can be on the higher side, but they do sell quality and some very unique items. The store itself is not huge, but has a lot in a small space and is well merchandised! Saw some awesome tables, great bedroom setups and there’s actually some really good deals on some furniture which was half price or less. The store is bright, well lit with lots of windows. There are lots of staff available for the size of the space although no one engaged with us we were allowed to wander and shop and I’m sure if we needed help we could’ve found it easily. Wandering through and exploring, the store was a good experience.

As a first time customer it was a great experience shopping here and the team at the store just makes it greater! MichelIe ensured that we had a smooth buying experience. Hope the supply chain issues get resolved soon and we get quicker deliveries on the products. Some of the sofas we liked had lead times of two months! A stand we didn't quite relish (pun intended).

Awesome staff. Special shoutout to Francesco for going above the call of duty and running to grab me a pair of scissors from the back when I needed to cut open a product from its packaging. Employees like him are what keep customers coming back!
