What a massive disappointment this company is.I would never ever suggested them .I have been dealing with them for over a year to get my table repaired/replaced and they have been useless and never follow up.IRWIN you are such a disappointment

Fast, efficient, honest, reassuring, and helpful. If I could give six stars, I would. Turn around time was unreal and the honesty behind the service was above and beyond. Even though I hope to never have to speak to them again (because I don't ever want another flood), I would recommend Canada's Restoration Services in a heartbeat.

Very timely field inspection, work to be done list, costing and pricing agreement in less the 1-week. Next week field people did striping and removal of required drywall, insulation and spraying anti fungal solution was done in a day, Cleanup and industrial grade dehumidifiers were run for 72 plus hours by them.MY later remodeling and repair efforts were made much easier after seeing their drywall removal was done to allow new 2' x 8' drywall sheets to be easily installed after insulation and vapor barrier installation. Also removed paneling and wood slats were 99% reusable with all nails and such removed by the crew.Very professional.

After 4 days away over the Labour Day weekend we returned home to find that a slow leaking hot water rad on the main floor of our 100+ year old home had caused major damage to the open plan main floor and basement. It was a real mess!! Within 2 hours of our call to our insurance company a team from BELFOR Property Restoration (Mississauga) arrived to start the restoration process, ensuring that the affected areas were fully dried out before any restoration work started. We were so impressed by BELFOR'S professionalism and co-ordination of the project (thank you again Eric & Cheryl!), and the team of contractors they brought in to restore our home (drywall, painting, heating, flooring). We were kept informed throughout, with regular updates, and they responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. BELFOR worked really hard to get us back home as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend them!
