Not sure why this is posting under my husband’s name? Anyway, I have my FAVORITE pair of summer sandals. The insole had completely broken down. I looked into replacing the pair but can no longer find this style. You know how you LOVE a certain pair of shoes and just do not want to lose them? Well, now I don’t have to! Tecumseh Shoe Repair did a great job replacing the insole and now I will get many more seasons from these sandals!

Another pair of shoes ruined by my bunion. They were my favorite.Todd said he could fix them, and by golly he did!!! I'm going to love them for at least another year! Thank you T.S.R.

Was in yesterday with our adopted daughter; what a fantastic experience! She has a very difficult foot to fit, 4E width,, and 5.5 shoe size,, however, Pat helped us find a pair of boots she loves, athletic shoes that actually fit, and non-skid shoes for culinary, which had to be ordered. You get what you pay for! And it is worth it. Thank you so much!!

Replaced the heel cap on my boots in minutes. Fair price and friendly service. Will definitely return.

Don’t usually write reviews but this one was a little disappointing based on previous reviews and what the shop keeper told me. I dropped off a pair of boots to be cleaned and for one of the heels to be repaired. They added a 1 inch heal as part of the repair, but this resulted in the shoe not being very comfortable and the craftsmanship of the repair was questionable. After I asked for the heal to be removed they just sanded it down, which was still uncomfortable and unwearable for me. As for the shoe cleaning and colour, they oil they applied faded and one shoe was darker than the other and did not look like the original colour or brand new" as they told me. I didn’t want to invest anymore of my time arguing with the manger so I tossed the shoes. I’m sure they do a good job with sneakers

Brought my boots in to get lifts done today, Saturday, did not want to leave them as I don't live in St Catharines...The gentleman said it would be about an hour, I said..oh, I was told it would be about 30 minutes..he said no, let's say 40 minutes..I said okay and paid for their work. Decided to have breakfast at Sunset Grill next door and by the time I finished and went to fetch my boots it was about 40ish minutes. When I got there, the gentleman handed me the bag my boots were in and he said, Have a look to see if you are satisfied with the work. Honestly, I thought they would do a good job replacing the lifts on the heels, but oh my goodness!!! Pulling my boots out of the bag he handed me looked exactly like the boots I bought three years ago!!! Man, just gotta say, these folks do an amazing job of fixing, restoring, repairing our treasured footwear!!! I will continue to go back to Quick Heel & Sole for any boot, shoe, purse job I need done...they set their standards of quality and service higher than the rest! Thank YOU!!!
