Cannot reach and does not answer calls

We have used Purified Water Delivery for over 10 years to get great-tasting, reverse osmosis (recommended by my chiropractor) water delivered to my house monthly. Great service (usually next day delivery), super friendly management, and delivery drivers that bring the heavy containers in to my home office for me. Save a lot of plastic from the landfills and save your back from lugging heavy cases of water or jugs from the store! This is the way to go if your family drinks a lot of water!

They never pick up the phone, unable to leave message - voicemail always full . Drove all the way to the store on more than one occasion to discover the door is locked during business hours . (CALL AGAIN TODAY & PHONE IS NOT WORKING ) Very frustrating dealing with them and WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Something happened with that company and it's not good. We did business with them for years until their delivery man decided that delivering to our new place was too much of a hassle and just stopped without warning. We decided to stop doing business with them after several failed delivery attempts and sent back our empties (that they had no problem showing up for), expecting rightfully to get refunded for our deposit on them. We sent an email requesting the refund. 3 months later, Anisha P, did not honor the request for the $60 deposit ( 6 bottles). They must be driving much better cars than me to figure that $60 bucks is not worth refunding. We are much happier with our new water bottle delivery company and, weirdly, never have a delivery issue with them. Maybe Cedar Springs has too many paying customers to worry about small fries like us. Update: 90+ days and a Google review later, a check materialized in our mailbox. Buyer beware. Nobody should have to got through this kind of nonsense.

The best water in the tri-county area comes from this ever flowing spring. It has been flowing since before I was born and will continue to follow long after I am gone.

Delivery driver refused to deliver 4 jugs of water to our office on the 2nd floor (26 steps). This information was specially given to the Cedar Springs' office before our scheduled delivery.March 1st update switching it 3*: Another cedar springs delivery driver came to our office and apologized they stated they would be willing to service us.

*** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ***We’ve dealt with Thermo Concept for over 25 years and it’s finally DONE !They’re arrogant sales rep can take the blame for this one. We order over 100 coolers a year and they’ve just lost our business for good !
