Be very careful if you decide to get a phone from this location. First phone A53, had to return it 2 weeks later., nothing worked. Even the gentleman who was looking into it said, all he got were errors!2nd phone S22, 5 weeks later has sooo many issue's. Since the 30 day satisfaction period had just passed, to bad for me!!! I had been out of town during the last week, obviously I couldn't go back then.Thanks to a gentleman at Roger's who at least gave me a few tips of what I could try.

The girl forgot her name long brown hair rude and very unprofessional. It's not a dam fashion show from the first word that came out of her mouth she had big Barbie attitude I asked her a question and with a very ignorant look she took my phone without even asking then asked for my password like answer my questions and ask. And you gotta lose the attitude. Seriously! I just walked out of the store like no point. Customer service sucks big time !
