Baffin's customers service is the absolute best. I have 4 different pairs of Baffin's they are all extremely comfortable but my work boots started to come apart at the sole after 14 months. The uppers were in perfect condition so I contacted Baffin about a resole. They don't do that but even though they were over the 12 month warranty Baffin gave me a 50% discount on any other boots I wanted.

My business relies on suppliers to have stock available at given time and La Belle has never let me down. His staff are also all professional and always able to find me solutions. Lorne, the owner, is also very accessible and will go out of his way to help me even with difficult to get items.

If I could give their shoes review stars I would give them at least 5/5! However, the shopping experience does not only consist of items but also service which seems to be very important. Unfortunately, this store doesn’t have both. Having wonderful selection of colourful and comfortable shoes is not enough.I came to the store to buy some pairs of summer shoes.I have problem with my sensitive skin and I tried many shoes to make sure they fit my feet. That’s my right. If you could only see the face of the man that was helping me. He told me in a very angry manner that he wouldn’t bring me anything unless I really wanted it. I was shocked. I have never experienced anything like this. If the shoes weren’t so comfortable I wouldn’t buy anything in this store! I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. However, if the salesman had been professional, nice and patient I would have purchased more, who knows.Serving customers is a very very hard job that can’t be done by every single person. You have to love communicating with people, smiling at them, listening to them and helping them. If your job makes you feel sick let someone else do it.

Long time Baffin supporter, purchased a pair of Apex boots very comfortable and very warm ,I wear these every weekend all season long, in my second season with them the rubber started to crack. I contacted Baffin by phone and they advised me there was no warranty but to file a claim on line as the boot should have a longer life than that. After sending pic and the hole story it became more of a chase! Sad to see one of the last Canadian boot manufacturers not standing behind there productIf your buying baffin beware it might be a short term lease. My boots cost $150/seasonGood luck!!

I bought these boots never needed them had them in my closet then when I needed them the soles had deteriorated and were coming off in chunks also soft and sticky. Boots were never worn and will end up in garbage.

I received my spadrilles and I could not be more happier and satisfied with them. They are more than perfect and the high wedge Lolas are as confortable as I remember them from back home. I highly recomend the store , even the shipping was fast.
