Terrible service. I was looking for some speakers wires. Found them online. Ordered on January 1st and the delivery option was 3-5 business days which was great. Until today the order shows being prepared to ship as if there's a recipe that they are discovering first before they ship an order. Can't be compared to Amazon's service at all.Called the call center yesterday and the agent was useless as if it was a robo call. Sir

There seems to be a big problem with the website, Shopper+ associated with 123ink.ca . Major identity theft. It took us 2 times to cancel credit card to realize what the culprit was.Unless other options are offered, we will no longer purchase from them.

I recently purchased bubble mailers for my small business and they are great quality! I have purchased them from Amazon in the past and they are so thin and from China. These are made in Canada and are super durable. The customer service here is amazing - Maria the owner is so nice and even gave me some free sample. Will definitely reorder from them.

Melinda always perks me up when I call as she is sooo upbeat and positive. I know it is kind of corny, but I like getting that little treat every time I receive my order. They have everything I need in office supplies and more.Great job you guys!

It’s so sad to see that the store is closing this month (July 2023) after years of being at this location (4430 West Saanich Road. Where am I going to buy my stationery items now? Just over 4kms away at 3335 Oak Street at the next closest location of course! In the meantime, there’s deals to be had at their “closing out” sale.
