Pediatric pulmonologist

Dr. Payton went above and beyond to help us with the allergy consultation. He was very professional and friendly. He offered us a lot of help and recommendation beyond the normal duty of care.We went in for an allergy consultation which he completed. He also provided us with instructions, a requisition for a simple to use epi-pen. This type came with a practice instrument with instructions so we could try it out before using it. He also provided a requisition for egg allergy ingredients and followed through to ensure we understood the results as well as provided a requisition for follow-up with another specialist. I highly recommend this clinic and am very grateful that we were referred here.

Place seems like a rip off. I've had allergy tests done at another clinic and it was 30$ for the test. This place wants 50$, they also threaten you with a 195$ fee should you be late for your appointment. But looking at all the reviews they often do not make their scheduled appointment times. So do you pay your patient 195$ when you waste their time and run late?

Great service, friendly staff behind the counter and Dr. Riley was very personable and professional. Also you don't have to pay to park, so that's always a bonus these days!

I had an appointment at Peak Medical Specialty Center on Richard Way on Tuesday March 10. I was there for lung tests. This was my first visit to the clinic and my sister drove me. We were greet by the two ladies behind the desk as we came in. Forms had to be filled in which my sister did as I can no longer write. A very nice young women called Sarah came and took us in for me to have breathing tests. She was a very happy person which made us feel welcome and we could tell she enjoyed her job. She was very efficient and explained everything as we went. When the doctor called us to go in to see him he shook my hand and welcomed us. This made us relaxed. Doctor Altman had the x-rays that Sarah had taken and he showed them to us and explained everything and answered any questions we had. Altogether it was a good experience and they we all very friendly and helpful people.Loretta McMillan

Poorly run clinic with useless doctors and front end staff. Waste of time, refused to test me for allergies on the grounds that its rare to be allergic to those things". Suggested an unmonitored self admitted medical experiments instead rather than just give me a scratch test. Also late for my appointment so where is my 195 bucks?"

I had a lung functioning test with Alexis Ciuk and it was such a pleasure! We laughed and I blew for all I was worth. The front office staff were very polite, very professional and very caring. I had absolutely dreaded this meeting and it turned out to be so pleasant, thank you Alexis!

Had a spirometry test done here recently and was pleasantly surprised at the service and care. I was greeted by Sophie who checked me in and kindly gave me a bunch of waiting options before my test. I chose to stay in the waiting room which was clean, bright, and well spaced with physical distancing rules. I was called in a few minutes after my appointment time and was kindly greeted by the technician (apologies if this isn’t the correct term). Val conducted my spirometry. Not only was she super kind and caring, but she took the time to explain the procedure to me and guided me throughout the entire process. Val is the type of person who reminds you of the type of people that should be working in healthcare. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and cared for. I have no idea why this place has low ratings, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness.

Would have given zero stars if it was an option showed up at 9:20 for our appointment that was for 9:30. It’s 10:24 and we still haven’t gotten in. Front counter staff is snobby and condescending. Took 8 months to get this appointment. Go somewhere else.

I have been on a waitlist for allergy testing for over 2 years and finally had a phone appointment booked. Its 6 hour window and the doctor called from an unkown phone number. I missed the call and called back to the clinic right away. They said they would have to re book for a month later. What a joke.
