Good experience buying a dishwasher from Liam. Needed one quickly as ours had died. Liam was very knowledgeable, listening to our wants and needs, and helped us quickly narrow down our choices. I picked up the dishwasher next day from the warehouse (could have been same day if a weekday), and with their nifty adjustable height loading ramp, I just had to tip the dishwasher into my SUV, push it in, and I was off! Obviously they'd done it a lot before, and it's a great system for self-pickup.All-in-all, a positive experience.

This CAS sells poorly designed appliances, wouldn't take the dishwasher back since it was installed and out of the box. How am i supposed to know that this is a smaller than normal dishwasher until its installed. A 24 inch should be similar to other 24 inch dishwasher. 20 % of this dishwasher is consumed by the bottom plate and just looks ridiculous once installed. Misleading pictures online. GE GDT225sslss

I bought my refrigerator from CAS before six months from lebovic store. That was also a very good experience.Now This was awesome experience with Markham CAS store. I bought cooktop dishwasher and wall oven and the overall experience was very nice and co operative from the inside store staff till the delivery done.The comparative market price for almost all the appliances are very fairly quoted.Happy customer ☺️

We bought a freezer at the outlet and were very impressed with the selection available. The staff showed us different models and pointed out the features on them. We chose a scratch and dent model that had mark that is barely noticeable. It is the exact model we liked in a store- for almost half the price. Haley was a great help explaining the differences in the freezers on the floor.- even loaded it into our vehicle for us. I would highly recommend checking out the outlet.

i would have given it 5 stars if the company would consider improving a few things...if your working in an indigenous store and have an attitude towards indigenous people then this is not the place or job for the person...if you cant respect and assist disability and seniors for need of parking such as handicapped slots then your business shouldn't be rude about it.there are a lot of indigenous elders whom depends on your merchandise and products so...I guess the best thought would be looking for another indigenous craft store to purchase products needed

We just had a new fridge delivered and once again , as always, an amazing experience. From the looking to what we wanted, putting in order, to the delivery the process was smooth and top quality. We have been going here for five years now and once again they did not disappoint. Thank you for helping furnish our home.our biggest thanks to Hassan because he goes above and beyond and takes the stress and worry away when trying to figure out the “right purchase”. It’s our first stop now whenever we are looking for something for our home.

Disrespectful towards and promote appalling treatment of their employees.

We just had two gentlemen in to look at our fridge. The pre-service calls I had were great however the quality of service I received was disappointing! They were frustrated my fridge wasn't on before they arrived (it wasn't working, didn't know it should have been on), they were frustrated at the 5 minutes it took to start up (unplugging it 3 times) and when I asked them to patiently wait 5 minutes surprise it started. On several occasions he referred to our fridge as cheap and continued to make disrespectful comments regarding our purchase. We take really good care of our stuff and they kept tossing parts around like they didnt care. Upon info on the price I was told no second charge for their return and the part was to be guaranteed.... I asked how long 3 months... not really comforting. Then there was a second charge and I had to pay the entire bill upfront to which I refused and got a lecture about why even though I told him several times that I understood but I would only pay for work completed today. He argued with me and wouldn't let me speak in my own home. He continued to be very rude until he finally left. I should have asked him to leave much earlier. I will never recommend this company and was extremly disapointed with the poor quality of service!
