J's Pumps & Plumbing
Our well stopped working at midnight with a houseful of guests. We emailed J's requesting his service. Jerry called us at 7:31 am and although he was fully booked, he gave us a one hour window to come by and check it out. He was able to travel to our place, diagnose the problems, replace the broken parts, and do a complete service in 45 minutes of that call. That's what we'd call top quality service. On a appelé Plomberie Latulippe pour faire déboucher un drain d’évier de cuisine un Lundi matin… 2 Plombiers, Job de 30 minutes = $459.00… Je comprends que tout est rendu cher mais maudit qu’on a fait le saut quand on m’a annoncé le prix des travaux. Je pensais que c’était une blague!

Great Lakes Water Authority
On the other side of the main street the water main broke. They cut the water off to all the surrounding areas to fix it, but with no warning, heads_up, updates or anything. I was in the middle of a shower getting ready for work and boom... no water. I had a head full of shampoo and no knowledge of when the water will be back on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I hope we get refunded the days that we have been without water... Which is around 3 days now...
