Historical place, also known as the music room. Not easily accessible, one had to cross train tracks. Parking across the road.

I have watched this house for the last 20 years from Bedford Highway while running, and, driving.Finally visited it with my family last week.Great views of the ocean, and, will be a great place to sit in summer.Looking forward to visit it next summer!

Good to final view it up close after all these years. Better: the little park and sign area up the hill opposite the Lodge is much easier to get to.

The Music House, Heart Shaped Pond, Julie's Walk. Learn the history. Then go visit. It's quite interesting.

It's worth the visit. The music room that was part of a once large estate the Duke of Kent had built for his mistress, Julie St. Laurent, in 1790.

This is a really cool little historic feature very near Halifax. While access is pretty sketchy, you can definitely get there with a little nerve in crossing the highway.
