Proceed with Caution!!!The owner will not fix his alteration mistakes, he gets super defensive and offers NO SERVICE at all.I read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that owns the place was pleasant when I dropped off my stuff for alterations but when I picked it up and was not happy with the result, the pleasantries were out the window. Not only did he not want to help resolve the errors he made, he was very clear that he was not open to negative feedback. I would never go back to this place and advise everyone to proceed with absolute caution. If you are looking to support a small business, venture beyond this establishment, he makes it clear that he does not need your business or care about his service quality. This business is A for AWFUL!

We had our backyard garden almost completely redone this summer and are so happy with the way it turned out! Niagara were very professional and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. They frequently checked in to make sure we were happy with how everything was coming along and always came with a positive attitude. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for quality landscaping!

I needed a deep clean in my house and I contacted merry moppings. I was so happy with how they cleaned my house. It stayed clean and smelled fresh for such a long time ! They really conducted a deep clean. They were professional and detailed ! Will use again . Thank u!

I have had two cleans so far by Michaela's team and both times have been great. The house is left very clean when they are done. They are respectful and you can tell they work hard. Jessica, Courtney, and Tam are very nice, approachable and hard workers and you can tell they enjoy their jobs :) . Michaela is very responsive and works with your schedule when possible.

Cinderella’s Cleaning service is fabulous! I have been using their service for my Airbnb for 6 months now. Laurie and her girls are reliable, trustworthy, friendly and the cleaning has been exceptional. An absolute professional service! I have been extremely happy and highly recommend them.

Legacy cleaning did a deep cleaning of my apartment while I was out of town. When he gave me the estimate he quoted me the rate of $35/hour. He did not mention that he would be sending two people and it would be $35/hour per person so I was shocked when my bill was twice of what he quoted me. He deducted $70 off my bill for the miss quote but I still paid way over what we originally agreed on. The cleaning was well done; however the first cleaner arrived 10 minutes late and the second cleaner arrived even later. They also left before the time they said they were done. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

Peter and his team were great, excellent communication and response, and they came on a moment's notice and worked non-stop until it was done. They sent us photo updates and were very thorough, we will use them again in future for our Air BnB listing.

Emerald Maid Service did a spectacular cleaning as my husband and I needed their team (Georgina and Alexis) to do a complete sanitization on a large RV, before the gentleman who owns it comes home from the hospital. They were very thorough and because this gentleman was a pensioner, the payment was calculated on a sliding scale for him. Its a wonderful way to do business and he was most appreciative they were able to reduce the cost for him. For that thoughtful gesture, I will recommend Emerald Maid Service to my friends!
