I've been here twice, crabbing dungeness crabs. Great place to chill. There's also public washroom. Parking is limited.

Oakland Road Park
Tiny little park in the south end of Halifax. Less of a park really and more of a wharf to view the North West Arm harbour. It basically consists of a beautiful staircase leading down toward the water, decorated on both sides by luscious trees and plants, with decorative lighting along the way. No washroom facilities or waste receptacles that I saw. Carry out what you bring in. It is a beautiful space, well maintained.
