Ski repair service

I was in desperate need of some Splitboard skins so I called Higher Ground and they had the size I needed for my Jones Solution. I then got stuck for 3hrs in an accident on the highway coming into Golden so I missed the closing time of the store. I had very bad cell signal but managed to get through and the incredibly helpful girl offered to drop the skins at my lodge. I lost signal before I could give her my credit card details. After another hour we got out of the traffic jam but the store had been closed for an hour so I messaged the store on Facebook as a last ditch attempt. And surprisingly I got a response. The same incredibly helpful girl was still in the store and said I could swing by to pick up the skins. She saved my day in Rogers pass. Thank you again.

My experience started with a phone call inquiry about heat moulding my snowboard boots. To which the employee stated that you guys in fact offer heat moulding services for snowboard boots but it’s a little busy right now so I’d probably end up waiting around so I thought maybe I’ll come when google says the traffic is least busy which is an hour before closing. I show up and hand my boots to two teenagers they open the box up and look perplexed until an adult comes around the corner. The kids throw my boot to him and say “hey do you know how to heat mold these” to which the guy replies “sorry but it’s too late for us to do this, could you come back tomorrow?” at this point I waited until my next day off to try this again BUT at a more suitable time for your staff. I come back 7 days later between 12-3 pm with maybe 1 customer in the store. I attempt a THIRD TIME to buy services from this establishment. An adult appears and looks at my boots and exclaims, “you have to go to a burton dealer as they have there fancy boot oven” to which I ask I’m genuine shock where can I find a button dealer and the reply was Top of the World which is all the way downtown. *side note they had the same heat moulding equipment you guys do no special oven*I deleted my initial bad review as I thought it wasnt fair but after my third unsuccessful attempt and being told I have to drive DOWNTOWN instead of in my area. The best part is they heat moulded my boots for half the quoted cost by your teenage staff. Thank you for wasting my time and directing me to a retail establishment that would actually assist me in paying for services.I’m giving this review as you guys do sell items and services to some people at certain times.

Great ski hill , the vibe is laid back staff friendly . Chalet has great food , the bar upstairs is very nice and cozy with large windows facing the hill . The runs have variety to challenge everyone from newbie to hardcore shredder. The staff have been making more and more jumps and skill areas for snowboarding. The vertical is not as high as loch lomonds . However the hill faces south and west, so you get the sun all day. Sunsets are nice ! They only have a t bar but a new quad lift is being installed ,finally!

Zach is a very approachable guy. I don't know if I was lucky or not but I got very quick service when I wasn't expecting it, that is, took my bike over on a Friday evening, got it back on a Sunday morning. The price too was cheaper than I expected.

Salesman didn't want to sell me skates as we didn't find a pair that didn't hurt me. I know most others would have sold me something and I would be unhappy. I finally bought elsewhere but my kids and girlfriend ended up going there and I tell everyone how excellent the service is!
