Specialized hospital

I owe my life to these superheroes. They did my heart bypass surgery and got me back home in less than a week. Extraordinarily well trained, excellent attitudes, hard working beyond comprehension. Thank you, Dr Salasidis and company. Oh, and anyone reading this, please give generously to the hospital. We have to keep this critically important aspect of our society flourishing.

This is my go to vet hospital for emergencies. My cat Foo had to have emergency surgery 9 years ago and they took such good care of him and reassured me that he would be okay and everything went so well. This week he had another emergency come up, so we instantly took him here.All the staff are so kind and friendly, and they take such good care of him. I feel so much better durning stressful situations and emergency surgeries knowing he is in their care.

Staff are amazing. We got the best care from the 5th floor nursing team and palliative staff for my mother -- 7 days in hospital.

Excellent customer service, professional care for my dogs. I used their services twice and both times the emergency was diagnosed in a comprehensive manner, I was given options with approximate pricing so I could make an educated decision about care for my dogs. I was very impressed and I highly recommend WAVES for emergency care. I am sure my two big Great Pyrenees would agree and recommend WAVES too.

Amazing service by Adel at the parking office chum st denis helped us found our car and helped for our parking ticket as no one could help us specially on a saturday Morning at 2am...

My son spent the last few months in pch and I am beyond disappointedHe was in an atv accident in Oct broke his back paralyzed from the waist down the first day he was there dr sussan askari deemed him complete never giving him a chanceNever listened to his concerns or answered his questions put the blame on somebody else never gave him any other scans on his back nothing this place ( because of Dr) is a joke your suppose to be there to help people and at least give them a Chance I ever find out somebody else is going there I will tell them to get into somewhere else glad he is out now where we can get him the help he needs and deserves thanks for prolonging his recovery

Cher responsable de la clinique,Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception et mon mécontentement concernant le service que j'ai reçu récemment dans votre clinique privée. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante et je crois qu'il est important de vous en informer.Malgré avoir pris rendez-vous à l'avance, j'ai dû attendre plus de 45 min avant d'être pris en charge. Aucune explication ou excuse n'a été fournie pour ce retard durant mon attente, ce qui a clairement démontré un manque de respect envers les patients payant..!! J'ai du reporter toutes mes rencontres causé par ce retard.En ce qui concerne le médecin qui m'a examiné, j'ai été déçu. Elle a fait preuve d'un manque d'écoute attentif à mes symptômes et préoccupations, mais elle semblait également pressé de conclure la consultation. Ses réponses étaient brèves et peu claires, ce qui ne m'a pas permis de comprendre pleinement ma condition médicale ou les options de traitement disponibles et je passes les excuses du retard d'un patient (client) payant...!En tant que patient, je m'attendais à recevoir un service de qualité dans une clinique privée réputée comme la vôtre. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été tout le contraire. Je suis profondément déçu par le manque de professionnalisme dont j'ai fait l'objet lors de ma visite. Mon étoile en plus, est pour la dame a la réception, rien a dire. Merci

2AM a very disruptive security agent smoking at the entrance door in front of no smoking sign at 1000 st denis door yelling at us to put mask on and she smelled strong alcohol and was not making sense…She didn’t want to give me her name very rude her colleague told me her name was Maya…tall with strange make up..
