Pottery store

Not a great return experience. The policy is store credit only, which is completely fine, but that wasn’t made clear to me when I purchased (outside of a sign on the counter which I did not see).Pointed this out to the clerk who helped return (that they should say out loud the exchange policy) and she just said “it’s our policy” and pointed to the sign without making eye contact.If the customer is not aware when leaving the store (original clerk said “returns available for 14 days”, did not say store credit only), probably something that could use improvement.I bought two pieces of jewelry for my gf as a surprise and returned one since it was not her style. Would not have bought both if I knew I’d only get store credit.

We had a fantastic time taking a date night class. The teacher was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and we ended up with pieces we were super happy with! I would absolutely recommend Claymates to anyone and everyone.

Première visite avec mes belles-filles de 7 et 14 ans. J’ai trouvé le décor magnifique. Tous le personnel est super gentil et attentionné. L’ambiance est calme et apaisante. Espace jeux trop mignon pour faire patienter les petits, pendant que les grands finissent leur création. Tout est bien structuré. Beaucoup de choix de pièces, couleurs et pinceaux. Breuvage et gâterie sucré ludiques et savoureux.J’ai adorée mon expérience !!

The Sounding Stone is a great option for online ordering. The city I live in doesn't have a Mayco supplier so I order glaze online frequently. Sounding Stone has the best prices I've seen, a wide range of stock (Mayco and other brands as well), and ships promptly. My order was well packaged and all the items arrived in perfect condition.

Me and my boyfriend came in for the office trivia night and it was our first experience painting too. We chose 2 cups, but they have plates, bowls, and decoration items. It was so much fun! You get to create something that is going to make you smile every time you look at it, because you’ll remember the experience. I recommend! :)

So glad that we passed by this place!! Easy accessible by car or by walk from town center. Lovely colors and pottery items, helpful and friendly staff, would absolutely recommend it!!

Such a fun experience! Came for a date night and we both painted mugs. They have so much variety in pieces and the staff member working was really helpful in showing us different techniques.

I have loved Flo’s pottery for years. She is so sweet. I love everything she makes.

This was a lot of fun, I went with my boyfriend to a hand building class and we both enjoyed it. Julie Ann is patient, kind and fun, and I am happy with my mug and plate. One suggestion is to show some out of ordinary examples for shapes or options for decoration so everyone has a chance for something unique
