I made an online order for my daughter’s 750g discus online so grateful they had it in stock as it was a bit hard to find.I did make an error on my order and Brittany was quick to email me and notify me of the issue and it was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The Adidas outlet store at Vaughan Mills is a decent outlet store to visit for mens and womens apparel. The selection is limited due to it being a small outlet location but overall good enough. The store follows Covid-19 protocols and ensures the limited capacity is followed. For basic Adidas clothing at the normal price point, this store is great!

Our old Life-Fitness elliptical broke down Sat afternoon. At 5:45, I called the Kitchener location, Rick answered and, thanks to him, we had a new Life-Fitness elliptical in our basement and fully functioning by 4:00 Tuesday. Awesome service from Rick - it took him an hour on Saturday evening to locate a new machine, organize asap delivery, issue me an invoice and process payment. He then followed through on everything exactly as promised. Best service I've had from anywhere for a long time.(PS - I don't recommend buying a new exercise machine sight-unseen for most people. We happened to be very familiar with this one.)

Terribly unprofessional. Talks trash about all customers as soon as they leave. Rip people off on the services they offer by saying they service all of your equipment if your have multiple but don’t in fact check all of it. All around terrible experience as an employee and also was about to be a big spending customer but the staff let that fly right out the door

Just want to give a shout out to Fit It Out for an awesome experience when purchasing their product. They were very accommodating when it came to my small time frame of availability and they were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The product I purchased from them was the Hex/Trap Bar. Great product and will get lots of use. I also had the chance to use the 25lb bumper plates and they are well made and stand up to the use. Overall awesome experience and would definitely purchase from them again.

Horrible customer service. They don’t answer phone calls. Made a purchase, returned some items the next day. After 3 weeks no refund and waiting on a response to know what happened to my return, delivery to the warehouse was confirmed.

Frank Kelly helped me with purchasing my weight plates and bars over the phone. He was very courteous, caring and patient. After calling multiple fitness depots and equipment stores with no luck and less than standard service, it was such a relief and pleasure to talk to Frank! Even though he was quite busy on the line and with in-person customers, he took the time to call me back after hours. That is customer service at its best. Thanks so much Frank! I would highly recommend kinetic solutions for your fitness equipment!
