Cardiologist

This place is fast to get into, however if you have to bring back a heart monitor.. try getting someone to answer the phone.. or be in office when they are supposed to be. Not friendly hours for ppl that rely on city transportation. I am flabbergasted that I still haven't been able to return this machine after 2 weeks or have someone answer the phone. They should offer retrieval services in this case. I'm not wasting my cab fare or getting someone to bus it up to them only to find no one is there when they are supposed to be open.

The service was so fast and I was checked in in no time. Everything was fine with the nurse but the next step being seen by the so called doctor was the worst experience ever. He could not figure out what my problem was and he refused to refer me to do any test. He did not even stay for couple of minutes to hear my concerns and he left the room. Was just waste of time !

So far I have had a really great experience with PACE Barrie. I have undergone several tests with them and everyone who has helped me has been very personable and efficient. Some of the tests can be a bit awkward, especially for a female but every attempt to make it less uncomfortable was taken. I really appreciated that.Thanks PACE Barrie! You guys are amazing!!

Everyone was so friendly, patient and efficient. It was clean and quiet even though it was busy. The administrative staff are some of the most patient people, I watched them check people in and out with such compassion and kindness.I did not have to wait very long at all for both of my appointments. Even though the reason to go there was stressful, they made me feel at ease; very grateful. Thank you to everyone there.

We are absolutely disturbed by the behaviour of the receptionist named Sabina who is terrorizing older clientele and particularly my father who is 85 years old and who is a holocaust survivor . He came to see a walking dr and has been screamed ,yelled and threatened by this lady Sabina the receptionist . Even though the other person was trying to help and understand the situation and telling him that he can go see a dr but this lady Sabina continued harassing my father and insulting him by not letting him to go see a waking dr with absolutely no reason to that . My father ended up in a hospital after that situation that was created with no reason by Sabina . To the management : this is your direct responsibility to hire and teach your workers to behave in a professional matter with dealing with people especially older people and you failed on all the points to do that . We will be sending an official complain letter to the ministry of health and asking them to look into your operations .

I started coming to this clinic after my family doctor retired. The clinic came highly recommended and I've recommended it onwards too. The staff are professional, friendly, patient and efficient - that includes the administrative staff, doctors and specialists. I can get an appointment when I need it or can use the walk-in. There is also a pharmacy on-site which is convenient. I'm grateful to have found this clinic. Thanks to all of the staff!

I've been recently diagnosed with AFib and I am so relieved to have been referred to Dr. George Mak working at this practice. Based on my recent appts, I was treated with kindness, respect and total professionalism. I feel strongly I am in good hands and look forward to his help in the future. I would have scored higher if I could!

I am under the care of Cardiologist Dr. Talhe Sayed. Dr. Sayed is a positive and caring Doctor. Having a Cardiologist who you can count on is so important as Patients with heart disease do need attention and assurance often. He also has an amazing Secretary Eva, who is such a professional snd returns calls without delay. Really glad to have people like this looking after you.

I have had quite a few appointments at Arva for cardiology and they have been on time, to the minute, for every appointment. The staff is friendly and professional. My Cardiologist is Dr. Wisenberg who has managed my heart issue 10 out of 10. He has arranged for me to get specialized testing done, and each time getting those appointments was very quick. Followup appointments with him where also very quick, within one week of tests.The only unfortunate thing is that he is planning to retire in May. I can only hope I receive the same kind of excellent treatment
