Absolutely love the staff here!!! If you have the mondou card the dog wash is free, you can schedule online, and the staff members are super welcoming and they will show you around. Something was wrong on my account and they fixed it promptly and they were super kind with my dog while we waited. My dog didn't want to leave :)

Nice place easy of access. Staff are very well informed and give pertinant information. Lots of variety in food toys and climbers for cats.

Staff was so warm and friendly. Patiently and kindly bore with our MANY questions. We asked about their opinion on this-or-that litter, and that treat or this stimulating feeder etc. Whether or not they had all the answers was not so important, the main point was their clear love for animals and drive for a good customer experience!Additionally their staff was incredibly helpful in helping us carry some of the heavier things into our car. This was very kind as my wife was unable to help as much.Thank you so much. This was definitely one of our favorite stores during our stay in St-Leonard!

An amazing store for all your pet's needs! The staff at this location are very friendly and resourceful. They are very knowledgeable and can help you with almost anything. I also love the fact that members can give their dogs a free shower here and buy everything they need in store as well when giving a bath. Do visit if you haven't!

Staff is very kind, booked an appointment to bathe our cat and the nail trimming lady assisted us as it was our first time doing this. They also trimmed his nails because we were there. Fully bilingual staff, easy to talk to and they know where everything is located in the store.

Staff is always wonderful, shelves always stocked with everything you need! Parking is usually not a problem, there are around 10 spots in the lot but there is street parking nearby if they are full.
