End Of The Roll Flooring Centres - Chatham

We love our new carpet purchased and installed by End of the Roll. They took care of every detail, measuring, quotes, installing and even called to make sure we where happy with our new carpet.

I would not recommend them to install anything. Picking out the product(which I love) was great. They were very quick to want payment then it was all downhill from there. The installer cut the flooring in my house, and there were at least 2 dozen issues with my installed floor. When I sent in pics of the issues, they said they would fix, but brought back the same person that cut product in my house, even after I said no!! Eventually after about a month to 5 weeks I finally have my floor in, and completed. Does it look nice? Yes, now that I have removed all of the silicone that was smeared all over my house from them having it on their shoes. Would gladly pay more to some other store to have it installed properlyRachel, one of the owners was condescending, and thought that I should go to Home Depot to purchase a crayon to fix the chips in the boards that should have never been installed. She chuckled when I mentioned any monetary compensation for the length of time it took to complete properly. Very unprofessional!!!Here are a few of the pics of what they installer reported as the job being complete.Would not recommend them to even sweep my floor!!Even after their standard, we did a good job and fixed our mistakes" response. The best customer service I have had in a very long time. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and caring of clients needs and time.Our carpet looks great and we appreciate the help they gave us in choosing it. Would definitely buy there again.

I have to say that the customer service, installation, and all the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful in helping me to pick out flooring that suited our needs. They worked around our schedule, and everything was done fast, efficiently, and very professionally. We are already planning our next flooring instalment . A big thank you to End of the Roll for doing such a fantastic job and making it easy on us.

Another Great experience with End of Roll! Owners Rachel and Scott were great to deal with and their prices are very reasonable. The installer is well experienced and did a great job on our staircase runner.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with end of the roll. They easily worked within my budget when my basement flooded. The work was completed within days and they were very professional. I’m so happy with how it all turned out!

5 stars plus! They pulled through in record time for us when we were shafted by another carpet place. We needed the job done and they got It done. Looks and feels fantastic.. everything we wanted. We just had carpet replaced in 3 of our bedrooms. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable about the products available and helped us with our selection. Scott came out and measured and provided a very detailed quote. The rooms look great!. Great follow up afterwards as well. Highly recommend.
