Ville de Brossard

Today we had a super bad experience at Brossard Aquatic Center, run by the city of Brossard.My 5 yrs old daughter had her first swimming lesson booked at 9:30am today. We registered for this class long back with city of Brossard.She was super excited, all dressed up, told her friends about it. You know, all the super cute kids’ stuff they do when they are happy!!When we reached at the counter today to enter the pool area, the reception lady told us, “Oh this class is cancelled”. That’s it!! Moving on to the next customer.We were shocked, my 5 yrs old kid was in tears. We had no prior information or notification about this cancellation from the city of Brossard desk. The staff there were not interested in even explaining what went wrong, what do we do now, whom could we talk to!!When I asked why were we not informed, she casually said may be the email was sent to a wrong email id. You can request to get your refund back later.Omg!!! I was not there to get my money back!! I was there to take my child to swimming lesson. Nobody was listening to us or answering what happened like in a typical non-private organization, where they don’t care to explain or find a solution.I was in tears when I saw my daughter in tears saying, “what wrong did I do that they are not letting me swim. I really want to go swim today mummy, can you please help me, talk to them”.Brossard Aquatic Center, City of Brossard, how will you compensate her for that mental harassment ????

I ordered my grey garbage bin. It took about 2 months to get it. They said that they delivered it. I couldn't find it. I finally found it at the neighbors. I couldn't take out my garbage for 2 months. One time I brought it to work. Another time I called 1800 Got junk to get rid of my garbage. I had to pay $126.00 to get rid of my garbage. Terrible customer service.

We would like to Thank the snow removal crew this year for there quick and amazing job they have done on our street. It is not easy especially when they have to go around cars and garage bins. Bravo on a job well do.

We requested a grey garbage bin and their staff Nathalie was very friendly and helpful. She responded quickly and clearly explained all the information to us. Kudos!

This City is managed by the most incompetent people in Quebec. The more taxpayer's money they push into the system, the less value it delivers to the taxpayers. The municipal services are poor, the amount of bureaucracy is skyhigh.

I have dealt twice the urban planning dept. (Services d'Urbanisme), and I have to say that they are kind, understanding and professional. Thank you for your high quality of work, and making Brossard so attractive.

They deserve no stars so I had no choice but to give one star.you pay high price for home and taxes but the service from the city hall is a joke.all they know how to do is give you the red tape.

We have had multiple power failures in the R sector sourced to dead trees falling on hydro lines. The response I received from Ville De Brossard was contact Hydro Quebec". So

For two weeks the waste collecting truck collected all wastes in the street but didn’t touch my bin. The waste was accumulated for two weeks and each time I call them they just record a report and nothing happens. Do you do the same for yourself? Bravo to such an extent management.

Brossard City Hall is the Best I've ever seen in 35 years. All the personnels are so well informed to direct you immediately to the right department. They are equipped with the latest technologies to provide you the highest customer service experience.The urban by-law department (Urbanisme) is very efficient and provide quickly answers to all your projects such as installing a new pool, permits and certificats, landscaping,...Five minutes visit save you hours of reading and headaches!
