At first they were very responsive, and they sent someone to give me a quote and consultation almost immediately. It was my first quote/blind installation experience so I didn’t know what to expect, but their consultation was a lot shorter than the subsequent consultations that I received and I do not feel like they provided sufficient explanation to me of their products etc. They also didn’t send me the quote within the promised timeframe and I had to reach out to them for it. After I received my quote and consultations from other companies, I realized how short and unhelpful my consultation with Blindall was and I requested more information on the products and a second consultation. Unfortunately I never heard back so I ultimately went with another company. While Blindall does offer very competitive prices (and was the lowest of the 3 quotes I received), in my experience, their customer service and professionalism leaves much to be desired.

Great customer service from Hasan and affordable prices compared to other well known brand names. We were referred to this company by a friend and we are happy that we went with them. Great experience and a very good product. Sadly we only went with 2 windows only (patio door and basement) but we are looking forward to changing the rest of the house to match the new blinds. We selected the zebra and Bambu style and were very happy with the results. Definitely worth looking into if you are shopping for blinds. Thank you Hasan.
