Schneider's Computing Stratford Ltd.

I left my mobile to have the screen changed in Schneiders Stratford on January 13 and I was informed that the price would be 135 CAD, but when I went there to take it I was charged in 175 CAD + 23 Taxes = 198 CAD for the service, I was not advised that they would increase the price, anyway, I paid. They said it would have a warranty.The next day I started to have problems with my mobile, the screen was frozen, the buttons didn’t match, the image was shaking…. So from this day, until now I just have stress with my phone and the awful customer service. I called the store 2 days in a roll they were closed, according to the voice mail, I had to travel without a phone and it was very hard for me, so when I came back on January 24, at 10 am, I call the store and explain the situation he said I could go in the afternoon anytime, I took a bus the store and I arrive there at 3:55 pm and it was closed, all lights inside on, so I start to call the store and the same man said he left for food but he was coming back, so I stay there until 5:30 pm outside trying to protect me from the cold, I called him 3 times during this period, just 1 time he said he was in the store and it was opened, lying or joking with my situation… I called other Schneiders stores and they say they can't do anything… I work as an essential worker and I need my phone urgently, I cant even left my job to go to the store in vain… I was utterly disrespected and I don’t trust the service, I have tried to solve it but no one in the store is interested to attend me.

My old laptop suddenly went dead on me. Took it into Schneiders and within 10 minutes had my computer back up and running. Great accurate and fast service.

Have ordered and built my own desktop with their help and assistance. Have ordered a new laptop from them. Always knowledgeable and willing to help.Great little computer store in Stratford.I prefer to deal with them for assistance.Always have been able to talk and ask questions and get the correct answers.

I was searching for a place to get my laptop service done. Indeed satisfied with the work done. Some of my laptop body locks were broken and I repaired them as much as possible. Cleaning done thoroughly. Highly recommended

My laptop broke down just after school, and I had to look for a computer repair shop to repair it. Very lucky to find this computer maintenance shop, I deposited the computer here on Friday to repair it. Only a weekend after my computer was repaired, any problem has been solved perfectly. It's like changing to a new computer! The price is also very reasonable, next time I will come again. I recommend this shop!

I was looking to fix a broken HP laptop and had multiple repair shops tell me that my laptop was unrepairable. I brought my computer to Kia, and he was able to help repair it. Friendly and knowledgeable, Kia can definitely help if you need something fixed. Price was very reasonable too!

They fixed my computer – new HD, new video card. Recovered windows, and my data from badly damaged HD. They did not give up after the 1st unsuccessful HD imaging attempt. Most of all, I felt that they could be trusted with sensitive data on my HD – banking info, for example. Reasonably priced: components’ cost + 2 hours of labor @ $100/hour. Highly recommended. You live in the Stratford area, and have problems with your computer, bring it here!!
