Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the company. We got a truck rack and kayak supports for our 2018 Ford. Works awesome...will go back for another kayak rack for the other side this week. Highly recommend these guys to all friends.

My experience was wonderful from start to end. The staff took their time to help me choose the best bike rack for my needs. When it arrived, they assembled it and helped remove my hitch lock. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Rack Attack to anyone!

Best customer service I have ever received. They took the time to explain what products would really fit my need in my situation. We were able to talk about all options and were very responsive with my email exchanges. When I went in person, they had all of the parts we talked about ready for display, and took the time to check with my vehicle and ensure a 100% fit. they truly are experts!

We bought a Thule Roof Rack from Rack Attack last Friday and the Staff were very professional and helpful in selecting the proper Roof Rack for us. The installation was done in time as was the instruction about how to use it while installing a Kayak. I would highly recommend this company.

Rack attack KelownaThey installed a new hitch on my vehicle. I had booked an appointment ,they completed the work ahead of the scheduled time & installed great quality products!They also took the time to explain how the electrical wiring had been installed and where it was stored. Great job & Great customer service . Would highly recommend !!

Recently had my truck outfitted for summer activities. My experience with Rack Attack Kelowna was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and went out of their way to ensure I got everything I needed. I am very impressed with the quality of the Yakima components and the installation done at the shop. A little pricey but quality has a cost. Looking forward to a BC summer of camping.

I purchased a bike rack and had the hitch installed at Rack Attack Kelowna. Jessie helped me over the phone on what I needed, and Corey helped with the installation. They were friendly, professional and know what they are doing. My husband had called a few months ago looking for a part for a storage box which they helped him find, other shops just sent us else where. This why i went back to rack attack-great customer service!
