Good food, reasonable prices... Service could have been more attentive. I had to ask for cutlery 3 times... Food was cold by the time I got cutlery. They gave me someone else's order which was similar but not what I ordered... We asked for a coffee refill before we got our food... Had to ask 3 times for that... Didn't get coffee refill for at least 30 minutes, we were both done our meals by the time we got the coffee refill and my wife is an extra slow eater. They were not particularly busy when we were there. I will probably go back and give them another shot because the food was good, but if the service is as sloppy as last time, we won't go back a third time.

The place is really clean and some of the servers are very friendly. Took a while for someone to get our orders though. The food is pretty okay. I really enjoyed their steak, chicken wings (they were really tiny wings though), nachos, and garlic bread. I gave it three stars because overall it was an okay experience. Nothing bad but nothing special as well. Not sure if I'll ever come to this branch again though.

Ordered, quesadilla with chicken but no raw tomatoes, due to an allergy. Order came with raw tomatoes. So it had to be remade. They left the side, which was fries, with gravy. But my partner got their food and was eating and my fries started getting cold, while waiting for my food. So, they took the fries, to put under heat, Now, I had already had a couple, so I had touched it, and I hope it didn't go to someone else by mistake. Seems like a few mistakes that could have been avoided. On the plus side the ceasar was good.

Came here tonight and absolutely loved the waitress we had. I believe her name is Malorie, she was a absolute blast to have her as our waitress. Made our dinner much more enjoyable. Made us out of Towners feel right at home. Will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to wpg

My go to wing night resto aside from Tavern. Most of the time this place is busy. When we went last week, the server keeps on asking if she can give the bill already while we were still eating. So annoying that she went to ask us number of times. Like, why are you in a hurry we weren't even done yet.

Breakfast is one of my most important meal. The hostess was very hospitable and so was the servers. The food however wasn’t entirely fresh. The only stuff that I loved were the omelette and hollandaise , the toast was soggy. Overall 3 starts I have given is for the service and the omelette. The steak was well done, despite of being told it’s medium.

Great staff! Ashley is so bubbly and friendly, always smiling!The burgers here are the absolute best!The salads are awesome although I do miss the feta cheese, lol.Terrific wings and the ghost pepper flavour is sneaky but good!Definitely recommend a visit here.

Went for lunch. There were 3 or 4 waitresses, 3 tables had people sitting at them. Sat for 10 minutes, no one came to acknowledge us, we watched another couple walk out they had been waiting awhile also so we also got up and walked out. I would say something about the service but there literally was NO SERVICE. I couldn't give zero stars so unfortunately they get 1.Will NEVER go back to the Garden City Smittys.......EVER.I don't recommend this restaurant.

The wings are tasty. I always love going here. But my recent experience was not satisfying at all. We waited nearly 25-30 minutes for our wings. We noticed that all of the tables ordered after us got the wings before us. When we complained about it took long, the server did give me a bad attitude. I was not be a Karen or anything harsh, I just simply complained in an unhappy mood. I mean I do understand that they were very busy, but in all waiting time, no one came to check on our table, even our main server. I would love to come back again, but I hope for a better service next time!✨Update:I emailed Smitty’s and received excellent response from them. 5 stars ⭐️ for thoughtful and intensive customer care. Definitely I will come back!

Chicken Wings were really good, the hot sauce on the side was great, very underrated. We waited about 25-30mins for our food, not too bad. Staff were friendly, building is clean, well maintained and designed & decorated nicely.
