They have some nice suits at a very reasonable price. The only thing is it's your luck; sometimes they are out of good suits but yeah I'm going to buy all my future suits from them. Highly recommend

HiI recently purchased a suit from Stars men's shop, Dixie outlet mall. During checkout I was informed that they don't provide a suit cover for a $100 suit!Was informed that it the company policy not to provide suit covers for $100 suits!is it for real?Extremely disappointed!Then what's the point of selling a $100 suit? Include the cost of the suit cover and sell it.Do you expect me to carry the suit like this everywhere?!

Excellent, friendly service. Good selection, very competitive prices. Purchased a suit, shirt and tie in under one hour. Pain-free. Shoaib was my sales representative, his assistance was valuable and I felt good about my purchase.

Went in there to pick up a new suite, Not very experienced with selecting proper sizes and what to expect for sleeve length etc. Upon selecting a suite to purchase I looked at the employee and asked how the fit looked on me. Being under the impression that I was speaking to a professional and listening to him when he said it was “ perfect “ we should just shorten the pant length I left and came back on Thursday to pick it up. After I got home and tried back on the suite I noticed it didn’t feel like it fit properly considering the sleeve looked like it was half down past my hand.I called in to make a complain to ask why hadn’t they mentioned this to me and that I was very upset with having waited 4 days to be tailored just to have it not fit properly. The person on the phone started to basically tell me that I was wrong and should have said something at the time, Cutting me off mid sentence and being fairly rude about it. After asking what his name was he replied “ The manager “ I said I didn’t ask what he was but who? After his response of i professionalism I would highly defer anyone from entering this store or even considering purchasing any items. The managers name was Paul. I suggest firing this employee ASAP if you want to keep any return customers.

Spent $270 on a suit and they don't even have suit cover, they just put your suit in a regular plastic. The employee Tony gave me all the attitude in the world. Never coming back and I regret my experience at the store because of him. Tony was the most unprofessional employee I've encountered so far.

Great place. Good material for the price. I paid 100 dollars for a very nice velvet jacket for my son. And the staff is great! Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this place. I went to another place they wanted 250dollars for similar style jacket similar quality.

My experience at Stars would have been just fine had it not been for Jazz. Jazz made me literally feel like a Star! Amazing customer service and an uncanny eye for style. The way he handled my needs and put together the perfect suit was above and beyond. He was excellent and this was absolutely the best experience I've ever had and it's all thanks to Jazz. I would highly recommend Stars solely due to Jazz, as he's amazing at what he does!

This outlet has a very good collection of suits. Exceptional customer service provided by a guy named Ishan (don't know if I spelled it correctly) and I was made feel valued at their store
