Hands down the worst experience from any Staples I’ve been to throughout western Canada. I’ve been using the printing services at multiple Staples branches for more than a decade.So, today when I asked why they’re trying to charge me an additional $50 from what was quoted online for printing 180 pages that took 10 minutes, the response was; “it’s a service charge for convenience.” Sure I’d be fine with the additional $10 or even $20… But $50??? Sorry, but the 5 or 10 minutes it took you to press print isn’t worth $600/hour!Oh, but it gets better…When I ask to speak to the manager, his response had me fuming… Shrugged shoulders and says; “It is what it is.” The sheer audacity. Has this entire lower mainland become narcissistic? If your managers don’t know how to cool and already heating up situation, DON’T PROMOTE THEM!!!

Don’t place online pick up orders here, especially if you live far, they don’t tell you when items aren’t available til you show up at the store physically. Received an email saying my order was ready in full just to find out it wasn’t and I drove from Vancouver to Pitt meadows, as if gas is cheap. Horrible experience, won’t be coming here no more.

This store is something else. After they messed up the first order (everyone makes mistakes, I wasn't upset then) Staples online customer service helped me make sure I got the correct items in the right sizes. They confirmed that my measurements were correct and they would be reprinted ASAP and the manager Brianna would call me that day to confirm everything.A week went by and nothing so I contacted customer service again and she spoke to Brianna who said the order would be done ASAP and she would give me a call that day. Again, didn't hear from anyone. Went into the store to check on my order a few days later and the woman behind the counter who was not the manager was lovely and tried her best to help but apparently the order was being handled by the manager and she couldn't access it. She was kind enough to make sure it was done in the next few days and call me a few days later. Still don't know if Brianna/the manager exists.And now here I am, 2.5 weeks later with an order even more messed up than the first one. Once again, I confirmed with customer service that I was indeed sending the correct files sizes and putting the order in correctly.Now it's too late to make the gift I needed them for and I have a pile of posters to recycle.

I was there to use the print and copy machine, no one was waiting and all the machines were up and running. I didn't really like being stared down at by an employee as I was looking at the more expensive markers.. I mean sure if I was up to something suspicious.. by all means.. but this was unacceptable

I attempted to pickup a FedEx package from their location and they told me they did not have it and that fedex had likely picked it up and I should check my tracking information. I checked the tracking info online the following morning and it still said it was at Staples. I called and they said they had it, but it was sitting in the wrong container. I go to pick it up and they have everyone from the printing lineup in the same line as people attempting to send and pickup packages. The person in front of me in the line had been waiting at least 20 minutes because they could not find their items. Long wait times weren’t the problem, but rather how disorganized this store was.

This place has good variety of products with decent stock amounts. Also the neighborhood is good, with other useful stores nearby. The printing facility was good and reasonably priced for color prints (Letter size).However, I am very unpleased with the photo service at this place. First of all it costs $21.99 which is a higher price as compared to almost any other place. On top of it, the sitting stool was broken. It was weirdly unstable and without the option to adjust the height. I even called in a day before to ask about the photo service, and no one bothered to try to replace the broken stool. Also the lighting is bad which results in photo that does not reflect the natural skin tone. All photos were either dark or had multiple shades in them. We tried multiple times, but the result was not satisfactory. I would not blame the associates as they would do however they have been trained. It costed me around $100 for photos, and I am just afraid if the photos are not accepted by the Citizenship department, then all my time and money will be wasted. Photo service is one item that needs a lot of improvement here.I would like to see someone responsible at the store address my feedback. Thanks.

I had to get a bunch of forms printed from my email, and the only help I got from the young lady I spoke to, she gave me a card for PrintMobile, but at 75 I didn't grow up with technology and not having used that service before was super dissapointing.I left without accomplishing what I'd gone there to do!Shame on you young lady, when I first went I was the only customer in line, you could have helped!!!
