Brick is selling defective TVs. Purchased a tv two weeks ago. Returned and received replacement. Same defect. Both TVs were new in there box. Very hard to get help from the brick. Now l need return again.

I was looking to purchase a recliner. I dislike pushy sales people but I was pleasantly surprised. A sales associate, Sandy, approached me after a few minutes. She was not pushy, just mentioned a few things and left me alone. When I did have questions Sandy was right there and very helpful. The next day I returned with my husband and we made the purchase. Sandy was again very helpful. 5 stars for Sandy and her wonderful customer service.
