Their employees were not wearing masks while interacting with customers. No plexiglass either. Absolutley unsanitary.

Awful company with horrible products and customer service. Sell faulty products and then refuse to even exchange it for you if more than 1 week has passed. The product wasn't even used within 1 week of purchase as it was part of a Christmas present. If a product is faulty and you can see that, it should be exchangable within a reasonable amount of time. I wasn't asking for special treatment or a refund. Absolutely appalled at how I was treated.

They charged $90 for “fixing” my iPhone. They did wrong diagnosis, I had to take it to them twice and wait 2 for weeks. I lost many hours on this. They somehow made it “work” temporarily and handed it over to me. It still doesn’t work and keeps rebooting every minute right after I got it home from them. They refuse to refund me the amount telling they “fixed it” and it’s my problem now. Very professional.

Anu was so friendly, helpful and the prices were fair. She even helped my friends with screen protectors and was just such a pleasure to deal with. Run by liars! We were told our screen protectors had lifetime warranty. No need to keep a receipt. When we went to get new ones we were told they don’t offer warranties and never have. Liars and scam artists! DO NOT buy here!!!

We passed by this store at CF Richmond Centre 6 days ago and had a glass screen protector put on my wife's Samsung S8 phone. Upon returning home, she found that the screen protector was not sticking well on the phone with the protector tilted up a little whenever she typed on the screen and it was almost impossible not to retype. Since we live 40km away and we took the time and effort by visiting the store today. The sales associate was not friendly at all and questioned if the phone had been dropped. After explaining clearly to her that the screen protector did not stick on the screen well and she checked and took the protector off and put on a new one. We checked and the screen protector did not stick on the screen as well and tilted whenever we tried typing something on the screen. She then said that the glass screen protector does not work well with Samsung S8 & S9. She should have warned us that they do not have the right screen protector for our phone in the first place. We were then being offered to exchange for anything of equal value. Keep the story short, we are very disappointed with the service, the product and her working attitude. Hopefully, other Mobilinq store will offer better products and services.

This store has beautiful products and great prices. I bought a pygmy gift for my husband in November and was concern about the size. I was told that I have good 3 months for refunds or exchanges. The staff are very friendly too. If you like to watch a funny cat videos, check batootcat channel on YouTube. It has our cats in a short funny videos with great music. Check it out.

Good service and very polite and helpful. Do all kind of phone repairs and have good collection of phone and accessories. The staff is very friendly.. I did my screen replaced and took couple of minutes. Very satisfied.
