Super clean, super professional! I had a massage with Mei and she was excellent!! I feel grateful to say that I've had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. I know instantly when a practitioner is simply going through the motions OR when they really care about the client's overall experience. Mei is intentional, precise, checks in during the massage to make sure the pressure is satisfactory . I will be requesting Mei for my next visit! Thank You for a great massage Mei.You made my day!

I came out of my massage needing a nap because I was so relaxed. They billed my insurance directly so I only needed to pay for a small portion plus tip.

The location is very clean and the therapist are very nice and professional. I would recommend however that you don't sign up for membership service, since it doesn't guarantee the customer the price. It only benefits the company because you have to come there the set amount of times you signed for.

Office was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and on time. Rooms and tables were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was very calming. I recommend Message Addict at 9275 Markham Rd

Helen (RMT) gave me a great 1 hour massage. I couldn't even stay awake. The only questionable thing is the POS machine asking me for a tip. As I respect and treat Helen as a professional, kind of like a doctor, I do not believe there should be a tip involved. I don't tip my doctor/lawyer/accountant/chiropractor/dentist, etc. and most places that provide RMT services do not ask for a tip.

I had horrible neck and shoulder pains and after my appointment with Sasa, I feel so much better. She applied full pressure throughout the whole massage and focused on the areas that pained me the most. Receptionist was also very helpful when booking :).

Went to Massage Addict for the first time for a full body massage. I had Xin Xin (Sasa) and she was amazing! I noted the problem areas that I wanted more focus on and she tended to them perfectly.The receptionist was also really kind, friendly, and efficient. I arrived just on time and had to rush to complete my forms, and she made it easy so I could get through it quickly so it didn’t seep into my massage time.Will be back!

Had my first session here with Tom and the entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful! The owner is so kind and really puts in the effort to make clients feel welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy, the linens were in good condition (not worn out as mentioned in other reviews), and I appreciated that they had slippers at the door instead of having everyone walking around in salty/dirty winter boots. Tom was a true professional, and he checked regularly to make sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I came in because I pulled a muscle in my neck, and when I left, all the tension had gone from my body and I felt like I was finally able to relax for the first time in weeks! The price is also much better than other Massage Addict branches, and I'm seriously considering signing up for their yearly loyalty program. I would definitely recommend Markham Massage Addict to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional, and clean massage location.

I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic and they still let us in.I went here with my “mom” and “grand mom”. It was a nice experience and we really enjoyed our massages.My insurance covered all the expenses and I’m so happy that the process was smooth and straight forward. I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of paying with my card and then claiming with my insurance after.Paz was my massage therapist and I loved that she talked me through the whole experience. I felt so comfortable with her.Overall experience was 100%. Im not gonna name drop bc I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but …..I’m new to getting massages but this one wasn’t great. I was about 5 minutes late and I was greeted with “you’re late” which is admittedly my fault but it wasn’t the most welcoming greeting. My masseuse seemed like he did not want to touch me. He massaged my feet with my socks still on. Then placed a towel on my chest and it was like he couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. The massage wasn’t deep enough and not very relieving of pain. I know businesses don’t really care when customers say this but I won’t be coming back and would never recommend.
