I went to MOVE Physiotherapy for treatment to deal with a shoulder injury with restricted movement.Where to begin with a review, from the start of the experience.Walking in to the clinic for the first time, I was met with a clean, bright and modern facility. Promptly greeted by staff I was made to feel welcome.Next I met with the physiotherapist Ghislain LeBlanc. From the first visit to my most recent, Ghislain has been friendly, professional and patient. He listens to his patient, talks about the injury, explains the area and parts of the anatomy that are affected and the recommended course of treatment. Depending on progress and need he can push you to do more to further your recovery or restrain you from doing something that could set back progress.When I started treatment with Ghislain I could not put on a belt, put my wallet in my back pocket or raise my arm above shoulder height. Today while there is still more to be done and further recovery to be made I can do all of those and more.Without hesitation, I can recommend MOVE Physiotherapy. The staff and facility are second to none in Halifax.

Fantastic spot! Brand new building, bright office, in a great location. Close to the highway, and lots of free parking available. All of the staff are very friendly, and helpful, and they can direct bill most insurance plans!Both Physiotherapists, Mitch and Julie are great to work with for any injury, and are all around great people. Ryan, the Massage Therapist will give you hands down, the best massage you have ever had, he is very gentle, and highly experienced in many techniques, truly helping you walk away feeling better than you did when you walked in the door.I would highly recommend Move Physiotherapy to anyone needing Physiotherapy, or Massage Therapy. You won't regret it!

Spectacular clinic, science and evidence oriented, staff are all superbly well trained. I haven't never seen this much improvement in my injuries! I'm not naming my clinicians, because they are totally amazing and I don't want them so busy I can't get into see them!

I needed a chiropractor for knee and hip pain and went to see Dr. Amanda Volcko. I was very pleased with the appointment. She was able to assess and start treatment all in the first session. I received acupuncture with stimulation and she showed me exercises to do at home. The acupuncture helped a lot!

I highly recommend and have recommended Move Physiotherapy. Mitchell has helped me heal through several injuries since they opened and I'm impressed with his vast knowledge, professionalism and the time he takes to listen to my concerns. I haven't felt rushed through a treatment. Plus, He has many services to offer, acupuncture, dry needling, etc. ! I'm looking forward to using the massage therapist as well. Oh - and they have an online booking option and very friendly front desk support staff! It's close to my home as well win win!

Great experience over a period of several weeks, my problem knee has healed well. Ghislain is professional and compassionate with his treatments and follows up well with his patients. Would definitely recommend and would go again if I needed to.

Distance from home is not a deterrent when it comes to the hands-on approach for physiotherapy and detailed exercise program instructions while working with Mitchell Squarey, PT Love Move Physiotherapy and thanks to the person who recommended him and his staff.

I get treated here for physio, chiro and RMT and all staff including reception are all very friendly and professional. I trust their expertise and appreciate that they treat you until you are better and don’t string you along just to keep you coming. They also direct bill which is super helpful! Their space feels clean especially as all patients remove outdoor shoes at the door.
