Walmart Photo Centre

Service was fine but really slow. Both my kiosk and online-ordered prints turned out fuzzy and distorted. They don't maintain the printers properly, I suspect. I'll be going back to try and get a refund.

I’m shocked on how horrible my photo prints came out. Printed 340 photos and they all came with defects, that we can see clearly was due to bad printing (they all have the same problem on the borders, on the same side). Will contact them first as soon as possible - I deserve my money back!

Website says photo centre opens at 7, but when I went there they said it's open at 9, ridiculous , they couldn't even accommodate

Ordered an express calendar, and got notified this morning that my order was ready to pick up. When I got there, after 20 minutes of shuffling through filing cabinets, bins, and random stacks of envelopes, I was told they had no record of my order. All they could do was provide the customer service phone number. My first 2 calls to customer service, I was put on hold, then promptly disconnected. On the 3rd call, I managed to order a reprint, and was told a supervisor would get back to me in 2-3 days to discuss a refund as well. We'll see if that call ever comes.

Whatever you do DON'T order photos from Walmart. I've made more than 20 phone calls today (and am currently on hold at 32 minutes and 7seconds) trying to get my photo order sorted out only to have the photos come back out of focus. I've been blamed for the blurry photos DESPITE having printed the exact same photos 48 hours ago at the same Walmart location and am being refused a refund. I've been offered free 4x6 prints on an instant photo machine instead of having the photos professionally printed again. It's been an infuriating process to go through days before Christmas and I've been robbed of more than $55.00. Absolutely disgusting and shameful.

You need employees to do their jobs and remove expired products from shelves. Tired of getting expired dairy products .
