This company should be shut down! My roommate bought a brand new standup freezer from them. The freezer started giving us trouble so we called the manufacturer . They told us based on the serial number it is registered to someone else. Turns out it was registered to COSTCO! And our warranty is now void! I called Costco and the lady said they have seen a “Appliance Kingdom” delivery van picking up appliances. What a scam! Now I have to pay out of pocket to get my freezer looked at when it’s only a couple months old.Stay away from them!

Needed a thermostat for my deep freeze. They were very knowledgeable. Rather than waiting several weeks for the direct replacement, they researched and came up with a generic replacement that had the same specs and I got it same day.Works great. Thank you Appliance Kingdom. Recommended.

Had such wonderful service. George came to check out our dishwasher and determined that it was not fixable. We went to Appliance Kingdom and Savanah helped us pick out a Frigidaire Dishwasher. Had a great experience there.

We purchased a dishwasher from them, I was very happy with the service. They were well organized, received a text to confirm the delivery the day before then the morning of the delivery and when is was on is way. The technician showed up on time , did a great job installing it and he was careful to not damage anything. The dishwasher is working as advertised.

Had a problem with my clothes washer as a part had broken off. Called Ahmed he helped find the part and saved me100's. They have a great selection of new appliances as well. This will be the first place I look in the future for my new appliances.Thank you

I ordered a pressure switch for a washing machine from them. They quoted me $55 (the same price that 3 other stores including Amazon had quoted) but with a faster delivery time (2-3 business days instead of 5-10 like everyone else). When the part arrived they called and said the price was now 35% higher. Not wanting to wait another week or two to do laundry I agreed to the higher price.

Extremely helpful phone inquiry with Matt: knowledgeable, fast, honest. This guy's industry knowledge helped with a tough decision between repair and wait long vs. replace an uncommon appliance (that he couldn't sell me). I would support this business *first* at any future opportunity.
