Cythia was so pleasant and helpful. She managed to inform us that they are cooking a new batch of spicy chicken after communicating with their staff. I was expecting of a long waiting period, yet her service of keeping us attended didnt even feel like there was a wait, the place feels home-like, and we were at the door leaving 5mins after placing our order. Yes, we were timing it! Great job Cynthia for leading a good team during your shift! The management must be so proud!

The spicy chicken sandwich's portion size was good and it was filling but otherwise disappointing and not at all spicy. If you want a spicy sandwich, I'd recommend skipping Popeyes and going down the street to Mary Browns instead.The employees were friendly though and food was prepared quickly. The building was clean and spacious with lots of available parking.

GREAT CHICKEN :) & FANTASTIC SERVICEI love the chicken tender at this restaurant. The breading on the chickens is so delicious and crispy. Staff are very friendly and committed to their services. Would definitely come back again.

The young lady at the counter tonight was so helpful helping us choose the right meals for our large crowd. Her name escapes me but it started with a 'W'. She embodies what customer service should be and is often lacking in interactions. The food was great as always!

I had the rice with beans once and I liked it but when I tried it again 2nd and 3rd time, it was too salty. During these last 2 visits, also the chicken didn’t taste fresh and smells like undercooked/ weird. I couldn’t finish it and threw it. The only edible in my order was the biscuit. Disappointing.

Extremely clean dining area. Cashiers are efficient when not held up by slow customers, and food is fresh. Had to take away a star for slow service, as most food takes 20+ minutes in the times I have waited. Is the end result worth it? Kind of, the food is always delicious, but I would always appreciate faster food arrival. Keep up the good work Popeyes!

The quality of the food has been diminishing overtime. The gravy was watery, and the chicken lacked flavour. Very disappointing to see such an amazing food chain plummet from tasty to mediocre.

Very friendly! Fast service, got a very big order in less than 5 mins! Highly recommended place to stop in last min and grab food for the family! Love this place.
