Blocked my entire road, not letting me into my home. Asked him to move for just one moment so I could get onto my property, he told me just to wait. Went back to hooking up a car that wasn't even prepped to go on his truck yet. Called Towtal to explain the situation and got hung up on

As a front line worker getting off work I was abandoned . Horrible customer service refused after call. Left me stranded. Drove off and no attempt to look at my vehicle and no offer to help or any other suggestions. Horrible horrible! I wouldn’t even imagine if I had my kid in the car and treated like that! Unethical

We called CAA as we lost the only car key and couldn’t get to work. They subbed it out to Towtal and Fadi showed up to help. He offered another company instead of having our car towed to the dealership, and pushed the car into the road so that we could access our second vehicle. They then put it back in the driveway for us. He reached out to a locksmith for us so that we can have a new key programmed. The service was excellent and he was very friendly and polite.

The driver arrived earlier then expected, and completed the tow as requested, but that was about the only thing that didnt go wrong. Upon arrival he asked what was going on with my car, so I explained its either an alternator issue or timing belt. He asked me to open the hood, so I did. Then he got out the booster pack, ignoring me telling him that i had already tried to boost it. Proceeds to connect the wrong terminal together causing an insane amount of sparks, potentially killing my battery, which didn't need a boost in the first place. After he properly connected the jumper cables to the battery, i tried turning it over anyway, it didnt start. Not surprised. I tried again and pressed the gas pedal a few times, nothing. Then he proceeds to get in my car, hold the starter down for 30 to 40 seconds while continuing to stomp down the gas pedal over and over. He had no regard for any of the information i gave him about my car or what the situation was. If I wanted a guy to come and try to start my car I would have asked for that, All I wanted was for him to tow my car to my mechanics, not for him to try and fry my battery and flood my engine.

Requested a tow as my vehicle was making loud noises and had a strong smell when turned on. The driver, Fadi, was very pleasant and helpful. He asked what was wrong and troubleshot some of the issues with my dad before hooking it up and bringing it to the shop. Would recommend.

Driver couldn't keep his eyes off his phone and other electronics devices, didn't know basic directions, very little attention paid to road. Was fairly rude and felt it appropriate to tell me the worst case scenario about my car will happen. Didn't know how to properly wear a mask or follow any covid protocol. Absolutely don't use this company and if your forced to don't trust them one bit.0 Stars

Thank you Muhammad for taking such good care of my car. The driver was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived within 10mins and carefully towed my car. I would totally recommend this company and driver!!

Mahmoud was amazing. Car broke down and was really down on my luck but his positivity and hospitality really helped me through the situation! Will be calling again if my car ever has road side issues again!
