Booked a truck rental online and received a confirmation email stating the total due at pick up was approx $40. I searched through the FAQs on their website to ensure I could complete the pick-up with my debit card only and to see if there was anything else required of me to do so. The answer was yes I could and stated nothing more.When I arrived to pickup the truck I was advised I needed to leave a $125 deposit when paying with a debit card. I inquired as to why this information wasn't on the confirmation email or noted in the FAQs allowing customers to be informed and prepared. He just kept reiterating that it was a mandatory deposit. It was just frustrating that they wouldn't advise their customers of this mandatory deposit in advance.

Everything was great. Recommend it other people.

Make sure you give your self enough time to get the right truck for you. At the ends of the month its very busy and most trucks are gone and that's not good. So give yourself time to prepare yourself for the move and rent ahead. Very good service and very good people and you can't beat the prices.

We rented a utility trailer from this location and the guys were great! They hooked it up for us, and everything wen smoothly. The trailer was in excellent condition.

Great location and super easy pick up and drop off. All the staff are eager to make moving as easy as possible offering suggestions to save you money and headaches. I've used them quite a bit and they never disappoint. Until now.They charged me $47.48 for an 1/8 of a tank of gas. Why don't they just fill the tank when you pick it up? Then before you bring it back you know it's where they left it. A full tank. Just a heads up people. Make sure you put more than you think you used or they over charge already way too expensive gas. It was a 5 start until now.

Thank you for NOT replying to ANY of my calls after I confirmed I was going to this appointment.When I made the first contact, Brian answered and we had a great conversation about what I needed. He then told me someone would be calling the next day to confirm the date , parts and service (his name is Trevor). Trevor never called me , so I called and somebody else told me he was going to tell Trevor to call me the next day for sure! Trevor did NOT call me at all - Then Sunday was gone, Monday was gone and Tuesday I decided to call and explain what was happening. The person I talked to (Lauren) just asked me if I wanted to cancel everything; Well, I called to find out what was going on, but since NO calls were made to me for a week and now I had this rep not worried about solving the problem, but instead just offering to CANCEL everything, thats what I did! I am not doing ANYTHING with U-Haul any longer and dont recommend this lack of professionalism to anyone.

I got my trailer hitch installed here and is very happy about their service. Staff are friendly, they also changed the ball mount from drop to raise for me free of charge.I cannot give a 5 star because they cannot make it within scheduled time. Even I booked a time slot online, everyone is pretty busy on Saturday. So it is better to call them to confirm before arriving.

Affordable service, quotes are usually low, always plan for an extra $100-$200 above quote. Lost a star because we booked for a truck in Moncton and they filled the reservation in Sackville,NB. We wound up finding someone to help us get the truck (luckily) as we were moving to a different town and could not leave a car in Sackville. On top of that we had to pay for the additional gas driving from Sackville to Moncton.
