Alex G is very knowledgeable and did a great job in providing enough information about each product in order for us to make the right decision for our home. We are very happy with everything. From beginning to end it took approximately 2.5 months to complete changing all of our windows. Installers were professional and showed up on time. They disposed all of our old windows and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the product has exceeded our expectations. Overall we are very happy with our choice and have no problem recommending Alex to others.

We had all our windows replaced by Canadian Choice and liked the experience so much, we called them to return to replace our front and back doors as well in the same year. Super impressed with the workmanship and friendly service from Adriano. Highly recommend!

Just had new sliding doors installed — what a difference! The installers were great — clean, tidy and quicker than we expected. Our salesperson, Georgii, was so friendly and he was on top of every detail and answered every question. We’re very pleased.

After a few quotes from other competitors I choose to go with Canadian Choice windows. Adriano provided great service. Respectful non pushy and honest. Was given a quote a couple of years ago then decided this year to finally get them done and contacted Adriano. I was given a fair price and great quality installation. Installation was done in the time given. The installers worked hard and cleaned as they went along. I am happy with my new windows and patio doors. They give the house a much needed upgrade!

Just want to leave a review mentioning my experiences.Alex A. has helped us with the estimates & quotes. He was helpful in explaining the options as well as coming up with a creative solution for us given we had wanted triple glaze but one of the larger windows could not be made. He suggested a thicker double glaze that had similar properties as it was important to block heat on the west facing side. It seems to be working well.The installation team was also worth mentioning as they were very efficient, professional, and friendly. They were able to complete installation of over 20 windows within 2 full days. They worked like a well-oiled engine.With 3 of my windows, we noticed some longer scratch mark on the glass (that must have occurred before installation). Right now, I'm working with their service department to get those replaced. I hope their service is just as good as the estimate & installation experience.Thank you guys!

We did a project with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, doing a full replacement of all windows in our townhouse. They provided the best quote, lead time was fairly quick. The installers were very professional and did a great job taking care to keep the original look and feel of the building intact. The process was smooth and we were offered continuous support well after the windows were installed. (Getting all the necessary information for the provincial and federal rebates, etc.) They also provided us with a bridge financing so that was a helpful option as well.Our rep was Adriano, and he was great to work with and very quick to respond if we had any questions.

We required just a single window upgrade from a solid window to a window that had a sliding portion with screen, in to improve cool air ventilation. Regional Project Manager, Adriano came to our home, suggested options and provided window recommendations. On installation day, the installers arrived hours early and were absolutely professional, proficient and quick. The installation was excellent and the work areas inside and out were spotlessly cleaned. We chose Canadian Windows and Doors as neighbours had also contracted them for a full home window replacement.We are very pleased and will recommend this company to friends and family. Although just a single window install, their service was as if we too had all our windows replaced!

Adriano was awesome he helped us out so much right from day one. We did have a minor problem and if you have done any reno’s it’s going to happen. But it was handled so well, professionally and fast. Our installers were so good work was fabulous and they stayed late to get it done. I’d hire this crew again in a heart beat. Everything was great from the start to finish. Adriano quoted us with great knowledge and guidance. The install guys were polite, professional and cleaned up great! We immediately noticed the difference going from double pane with metal frame to their triple glaze. Super happy!!
