Went to TipTop and after being ignored and spending 30 mins trying to help myself (which is hard with suits)… I just left and came here. Let me tell you, what a difference. The gentlemen at the store measured me right away and were immediately giving me everything I needed to try on, and offering their opinions on what I should get and how things look. This was the best service I’ve ever received anywhere for anything! Hands down! I will only come to Moores and this specific store for all my business attire from here forward! Thank you!

Needed a suit on short notice. Dealt with Abe, impeccable assistance from start to finish. He set me up with a great suit package. Pants were hemmed while I was picking out ties. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dealt with Shaun. Had to pick up a pair of black dress shoes. Pleasant experience, simple and quick transaction. He asked about my foot size and gave me options to consider in the future, some of which I haven't heard about, so thanks mate!I have a wide toe box and narrow heel so adequate shoe fit is very difficult to achieve, even more so with dress shoes...so I'm reluctant to go the custom shoes $500+ route, having other options besides what's online was a solid way of helping me out.

I was in a classic sitcom moment where I had a wedding to attend in an hour, but I had forgotten my suit at home (2+ hours away). I rushed to this Moores location for help, and two team members immediately dropped everything to help me. They put together an action plan, they divided and worked in parallel, they gave me lots of stylish options and were super friendly the entire time. I was in and out in 10 minutes flat, and the suit looks great! Amber and Sam, if you’re reading this, thank you so so so so so much for your help - you two are absolute rockstars!

Wish I could give 0 starts not 1. The customer service at this store is more than terrible. Quality in the suits is extremely cheap. It’s difficult to receive any help what so ever. However, this is a younger gentleman who is great at his job and provides a great experience, my apologies I forget the name. Other than that, I would recommend that everyone stays away from this location. The workers there seem miserable to be there and will not treat their customers with any respect. Save your money as the suits, dress shirts and other items are very poor in quality, even when purchasing the more expensive items.I wish I had never stepped foot in the store. All I can do now is recommend others to not waste their time and go somewhere else!Message to the management team - Save the “we’re sorry for your experience please email us to make this right” response. No need to seem professional in public when we all know this store carry’s the least amount of professionalism. Absolutely pathetic.

Great location with multiple employees that do their best to pair up pants with blazers with ties to make sure you look as good as you can. Initially they were pretty busy but when things slowed down I had two staff members mixing and matching their offerings and I wound up buying a hell of a lot more than I went in to buy. Received everything in time for multiple weddings, would highly recommend. Found a few good shirts on sale too.

Purchased a tuxedo for my son's wedding and found the staff helpful. One particular woman was excellent in sizing the garment.Unfortunately the store seems disorganized and i did not receive a garmet bag for the tuxedo. Travelling out of town makes this very inconvenient and after going back twice to receive one as promised was told there are none and none likely coming. if this is common , i suggest they tell customers .UPDATE-Sunday I dropped in and was give a traveller garment bag by a very friendly sales clerk. Mistakes happen but its how they are resolved.

The staff were incredibly accommodating considering how last minute I needed a suit (5-6 days). I also have minimal knowledge in formal attire so I was expecting a lower price range however, I really felt like the woman guiding us took her time and cared about the process. Immediately the price felt justified. Sometimes we have unrealistic expectations due to our misguided or minimal understanding of how industries work, etc., but she flawlessly customized the experience to my needs, which can’t always be done. I really appreciate the time and patience she took. The next time I need a suit or rental I will absolutely come here. I highly recommend if you need something high quality for a special event and want the full experience!

They have a great selection of clothing for all sizes. This time we were looking for bowties and they had a wide variety available and for a great price. The staff were helpful, friendly and non judgmental. The store was clean and organized as well.

Went here to setup suit rentals for my wedding party. They took down all the names of best man, grooms men on a registration paper. My best man went to a store after this day to get fitted and none of the names were in the system, that store told him they couldn't do anything until the original store entered all the information. I called the store I went to and a female sales associate was very helpful (not sure her name) and apologized many times and said she would enter the information into the system right away. This is the jacket I tried on, they ordered a longer length size to achieve proper fit. Rental comes with shirt, tie, pants, jacket, and shoes.
