During the pandemic, they really should not keep many patients in a small waiting room, waiting to see an orthopaedic dr. The waiting time is over an hour which is not acceptable, apparently the appointments were over booked. The more time exposure in a confined room with other patients, the more chance to contract covic 19. You never know.Have been to other clinics, the waiting time was no more than 15 min.

Many thanks to Miss Stephanie Vallieres, my brace technician, for her wonderful attention in preparing my orthotics. She pays great attention to detail and has provided an excellent and comfortable product for me! I would highly recommend this clinic, and Stephanie in particular, to anyone who needs orthotic products.

I was so impressed with the service I received! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything in detail. They exceeded my expectations in all areas. Thank you!

Poor service asking referal letter again again when we send one

They had nice consultation staff, but the lady in front at cash was pretty rude with condescending attitude. I bought an expensive elbow brace, but got rashes when tried for hours and the same on the next day. I went back and asked for other options, returning or exchange for something else without the elastic materials. The lady did not listen, but she said I can return but 20% of the price will be charged for restocking (which 33$). Don't know if this is normal, but I will call the Bauerfeind Canada, the manufacturer/supplier, to verify if this is how they accept the retailer to do the business...Anyway, to make a long story short, I will never go back to this place and I strongly suggested anyone to get something from them to reconsider...very bad experience...

Prescription for 2 AFO braces was purchased on July 22 2022. Costing more than $3000 which needed to be paid in full on that date. It is now October 3rd and I still do not have them!! I was called on Sept 1st for pick up. Poorly fitted casting resulted in very uncomfortable braces. Refitted for new orthotics footplates on Sept 8th. Was assured that this would be quick. And I would have my braces much faster. It is now Oct 3rd and still no braces!! When I called to inquire I was told they were only sent out to production on Sept 14th. A full week after I was refitted!So much for fast. I am living in pain and needed these braces when prescribed in July.I will never use this service again. There are several good orthotic clinics out there! I highly recommend you do not try this one!

Good product mix. What I didn't like was coming in asking for a device which I have been using for a while. They wouldn't sell it without 'making an appointment'. Come on... this is the new retail reality. I just went home and ordered it from amazon in 2 minutes. If brick and mortar stores want to survive , they have to listen ro their clients.

As most have mentioned one of the receptionist very rude and condescending. Waited almost 3 hours the first time I went , never mentioned how late they were. My second appointment I booked at opening thinking I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I arrived there, same receptionist with same attitude and all of them grouped together hanging out talking totally ignoring their customers . Don’t think I’ll be coming back here , going to try another location . Maybe their receptionist is nicer and the place is better organized and professional . Very disappointed in this place . I think we are bothering her here.

service is atrocious. Waited 20 mins on hold to ask a question. When I finally got hold of someone, was put on hold for another 20mins for no reason. Hung up. Horrible!

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Friendly and caring service. I have had several braces for sports injuries and ailments related to pregnancy and am always very pleased.
