Really slow when going into restaurant took almost 1 hour wait just to be asked what I wanted to order. Decided to go through drive through which was much faster but the the food was not prepared properly and oder was someone else's

Muy buena sorpresa nos hemos llevado de este sitio de comida rápida, no solemos comer este tipo de comidas pero quisimos probar unas hamburguesas de esta franquicia que creímos canadiense y al final resultó de estados unidos como la mayoría pero destaca por su sabor de carne (no te untan el pan con mucha salsa como otras franquicias) y sobre todo por sus patatas homemade

Dining room closed at 8:30 pm. Called me a liar when I said the sign says 10... refused to simply write a note to her manager to post accurate hours. Since I watched her get yelled at and the window hit moments prior by another angry walk up it would seem that not fixing this is bad for business and the workers

Brought my wife and 3 young kids here Tuesday. Usually try not to eat fast food, the save on foods close by had no hot food out at this time. (1pm?)Ordered JBCs and small frosties for the kids, youngest wanted chicken nuggets.There were a few homeless inside when we got there. One lady nodding off at a table. No big deal.Within 2 or 3 minutes, another handful of homeless came in, WREAKING of urine, and two guys casually shared crack hoots right outside the window with a glass pipe.My youngest threw up on the drive home and for the rest of the night, possibly mild food poisoning?Hands down the worst experience since we moved to prince george. We're from Vancouver, not strangers to the plight of the homeless, I have nothing against them. But blatant drug use and treating the place like a hangout for getting high and coming down.Would warn everyone to stay far away from this location.Very poor quality food. Horrific environment.Would rate 0 if it was possible.

We arrived at 10:45 after google had told us they closed at 11 and we’re denied service. The workers laughed at us and told us everything was closed as we watched them prep food and take other orders.

Came in here on the 21st and ordered a Triple Cheese, small drink and small fry. I paid six dollars in change and asked the girl to put the rest on my debit. She did, then someone brought me my cup and she told me my debit didn't go through and to try again, so I did. I asked for my receipt for the points and realized she charged my debit twice, effectively costing me eighteen dollars for a twelve dollar meal. Little East Indian girl, DO NOT BUY HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU! HAVE MY RECEIPT AS PROOF! WHY WOULD I CHARGE SIX DOLLARS TO MY DEBIT TWICE!?
