I would highly recommended Monopoly Realty. I give them 5 stars, but would give 6 stars to Chantelle Chhibba. She is very diligent and will work very hard to sell your property. She was always available for questions or concerns. You will find her to be very knowledgeable and professional. She was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. Everything was done long distance and I could not be happier with her service. I wish I had called Monopoly Realty much sooner. Thanks again!!

I would highly recommend this company as they are the most HONEST and TENANT FRIENDLY property management company in all of Canada! This is saying alot as I am 44 years old and have been renting since I was 17 years old!!

The team at Monopoly are the best in the business. I had the pleasure of having Tom, Alex, and Chantelle to help me with the purchase of our home and I couldn't have been treated any better. Their service level was bar none. They worked together as a team to do their market research and provide us with valuable insight which helped us to make the best decision, and ultimately helped us to find the home we were looking for. Chantelle would research listings, comparables, and make herself available for showings for times that were convenient for us. We couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

We had the pleasure of working with Sam Basset to buy our first home. Even though he was new to the field, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was available around the clock, and quick to call back if he missed our call. He made the whole process very easy and stress free. Very incompetent property managers and condo board members. I went 3 months without paying condo fees and president of condo board is supposed to check finances. I had to bring it to their attention . Property manager has a history of mismanagement of funds as these are available as public records. Would avoid this company at all costs
