As other review states appointment was cancelled on me as well after 9 month wait list. They tried saying mine and wifes phone were out of service. Then they billed me for somebody else's prescription. Receptionist was not very friendly. The doctor is the only saving grace he was a nice guy and probably carrying the buildings collective IQ score past a single digit.

Do not trust dr bishara told me I have bedbugs. I had to throw out my boys beds n mattress he was wrong did not even bother to do blood work or a swab to findout what’s wrong with my son. So disappointed

Dr Bishara is fantastic. Have been seeing him for about a year now for my daughter. He's very helpful and always patient in answering any questions I have. Could not be any happier!

Do not go here! They will cancel your appointments without warning. Have had appointment since march. Called 2 weeks ahead as per their request to verify the appointment... get a call this morning sayong it was cancelled because it was never verified... very unprofessional. They need a new secretary or atleast someone to train them properly

Our lives changed after our visit there. Family doctor and walk-in clinics said about his eczema that they're normal and just the weather... it wasn't getting better before until we found out all the food he was allergic to and being treated (his infected eczema), he started sleeping for 12 hours every night. Even he's better, they continue to wanting to see and follow up on him. This clinic is a gem in Windsor. We are so grateful for the staff and doctors here. Also, we have never waited more than 10mins every visit! If there's 10 stars option, I would give that rating instead!

Dr. Khan and Dr. Liem have been wonderful to work with. There are multiple food allergies in our family, and the care we've received in learning to deal with them all has been top notch.
