David is amazing at what he does! He is professional, reliable and very responsive. He understands how to operate open, maintain and close the pool. I recently had a pool installed in my backyard and I don't have time or knowledge to maintain/clean the pool. He was recommended to me and I have used his service since summer 2021 and he even closed my pool for the winter :) I had a couple of issues and he was able to address them right away. His prices are reasonable and he is extremely professional! I recommended them to a few folks in my neighbourhood and they absolutely enjoyed working with him. Keep up the great work David

For the record I would give 10 stars if I could.I struggled with dealing with the larger, better known pool service providers and always got the impression they were highly commercial and in it for the buck rather than focusing on quality service.I was lucky enough to be introduced to David at Ritchi Pools and I can say that my experience with him has been exceptional. Great guy, knows his stuff cold and will break his back for you to make sure you get the most out of your pool with great prices as well.He just started this venture (but has significant experience with other pool companies in the past) so not a ton of reviews but if you are looking for excellent service from someone you can absolutely trust stop wasting time and just contact David.Thanks David for doing such an amazing job opening, cleaning and maintaining our pool! We started using Ritchies Pools Inc for the 2021 pool season and I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish. Friendly, always on time, good communication, and all in all simply great service. What more can you ask for from a pool company.
