Kinsmen Sherbrook Pool

I have taken my kid for swimming lessons to various pools. I would have to say this pool by far has the best instructors. They take their time to explain techniques to kids and focus on the kids one by one. They have so much patience with the children. Other pools I have gone to the instructors are either always angry or show attitude and also frequently get frustrated with kids. Sherbrook pool's staff all around are all super friendly and very accommodating. Its a small pool but clean over all. The change rooms are pretty clean. Its a little bit out dated but I constantly come back because of the staff and instructors.

My favourite pool for lap swimming. It is a bit warmer so getting in is easier. There are steps in for ease of movement bot in and out. It is rarely crowded and there are no strong currents to knock you off course! Love it!!

I love this pool for kids swim lessons. Small with only a couple classes at once. Perfect for kids who get overwhelmed easily.

The pool is simple and small, a bit outdated. Doesn’t seem the cleanest but not outright dirty. Free swim days are nice.There was swim toys out to play with. It wasn’t that crowded when we went. We were there with our babies though and noticed there was a group of young teen girls who were smoking inside the changeroom….There is also not much privacy. The stalls have curtains but they do not block the entire stall so people can still see in. It is also not very accessible/ easy to have young children with you. If we went again, we would change before coming because there isn’t really any large, private surface to change babies. There are lockers. You need $0.25 to use. There should be arrows pointing direction to the pool. It was slightly confusing.

Not a pleasent first impression the front desk person appeared aggravated and was rude.

Pool has renovation but family change room were a mess. When u walking down the hall to the family rooms there is an open closet that is full of stuff kids can get into. In the family rooms the lockers don't/can't lock so you have to deal with the kids and also carry all of your stuff to the edge of the pool(then it gets wet). The front desk lady was not helpful when we asked about the change rooms she rude. She was also eating, she could hear us and we couldn't hear her.

The accessible change room is a dirty, disgusting swamp. I arrived 45 minutes after a super busy swim, and they still hadn't mopped the room. There was a big puddle beside the toilet and under the hair dryer, and the room STUNK. The puddle by the toilet had toilet paper in it.The nozzle on the dryer doesn't move and is over the trash can, so you can't dry your hair whether you're standing or in a wheelchair.The reception woman was super unfriendly and rude. When I told the lifeguard about the changeroom, he didn't look up from his book. He said, We have maintenance staff for that." When he went for his break

Small pool, usually quiet. Pool deck area is small but viewing space is lovely.Indoor bike parking, family\accessible change rooms and gym area.
