I had a nice experience working with this company. They financed the car credit for me and did it very quickly, I was really impressed. Also, they picked up better conditions for my particular situation: offered some insurances and warranties, to decrease the credit rate. I picked up some interesting offers.Meet with Drew, nice specialist, who explained everything and adjusted to my daily schedule, came right to my working place.So only positive impressions are left of this company

THE WORST! There is zero communication from any one that works here. Constantly left messages, emails, and no one returns your calls for days, and when they do they ask you for information you’ve literally submitted multiple times to multiple different people. The person we had to drive an hour and a half to meet to sign papers was working from a pest control company and literally had no idea what was going on, (also wouldn’t return phone calls) which we ended up having to re sign these papers electronically anyway because the first 3 people we sent them to apparently didn’t receive them. Very shady. I would not recommend anyone ever dealing with this company, in fact the dealership my husband and I purchased our car from will no longer be using there services because of how incompetent these people are. Steer clear!

I want to know......few posters are here......real or fake account..............who knows......I also want to know where they logged in and out....in the same place? one person is managing few accounts here.......? or are they working at this location and asked by company to do such reporting?..i cant trust...belive me............I don't care who you are the customers"read all agreements and have each signed copy with you.....check everything by your self........go in person....look at how many calls they do receive????she is in meeting......leave a message please........did you face same issues? did they ask you to sign without reading? did they throw your orginal documents ? did you know the interest rate?how to check....few supporting comments are real and fake? owned by their customer or.......created fake or used by their own employ?.....look I cant make trust on this company..........or change my mind........sharing my opinions and experience.....I am not saying do not deal your business with them...just be aware about some issues that I mentioned....."

I keep getting asked to send in bank statements and verify income several times after i already confirmed they were recieved. I realize my credit is not good but dont drag me along about the decision, totally left in the dark and if you dont have a good credit rating then avoid. Arshad was the agent

Amazing company great to work with. Just know ahead these guys are very busy and can be difficult to get ahold of. Keep in mind everything in life is moving slow due to the pandemic. Stage 3 opening doesn’t mean everything is back to normal. They do great work and get you what you need. I had a deal for my bike quickly and if your rep is Christian you are in VERY good hands. He kept me informed threw out even when I couldn’t get threw to the office and kept me in the loop threw the whole process about what stage my loan was at. I can’t say enough good about my experience with Christian. Over all good experience and would definitely recommend dealing with these guys

Drew was amazing and helped me through the whole process! It was my first experience with financing a car and he made the whole thing so easy and explained everything so well. He came to my house directly to have me sign all the paperwork which really helped with my busy schedule. I only had a few days to finish the process because my rental needed to be returned and he was able to get everything done for me in 2 days. Thank you Drew!!

Drew Potter told me I was approved for my loan with $4k down however when I checked the paperwork the next day, it said I would need a down payment of $11k, approximately 40%. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they continued to bombard me with phone calls, emails and text messages. I was finally able to get Drew to close my file however his response to my email was very rude. Do NOT work with these scam artists!

I worked with Mark and I feel like he ripped me off. I've spent the last week trying to get in contact with him only to hit his voice mail, no call back. I wish I had never come here.Update - I got in contact with the general manager Micheal who fixed the problem with me. He was very understanding and didn't give me a hard time. Mark had told Micheal he had talked to me, which he hadn't. I am increasing my rating because Micheals customer service but I wouldn't ever come back to company that hires someone like Mark.Update - I am putting my car away for the winter but I am forced to keep full coverage on it despite not driving it. This was not disclosed to me and they told me I have to call a bank and figure it out with them. These people lie to their customers and then say it's not their problem.

Not only did he walk me through it all, but gave amazing insight and information that he didn’t have to give and that nobody else has told me before. By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting a deal done. I dealt with chris and he was up straight and honest about everything. Sometimes buying a used car can be intimidating but chris made me feel so comfortable and he had my back like a buddy.. never had that experience with any other deal I’ve ever made. So easy.. I applied for a loan to buy my wife a car something cheap and easy on fuel to save on fuel and mileage on my duramax lol Chris called me and explained everything to me and made sure I understood it instead of rushing through just to get the deal done.. He answered everything little questions I had and we texted back and fourth like old buddies. Met up singed papers and got the deal done. It was so easy! Highly recommend Chris! Straight up dude!
