Both the septic pump technician and septic inspector were helpful and friendly. They did a great job and would highly recommended them!

I would not recommend this company at all.. The septic cap lids and rings were more than double the retail price I could have purchased from another company.. I can understand making a profit.. but over 100% in ludicrous.. As well, the 'materials' used... Somehow them charging me over $50.00 for one bag of quickcrete is nothing less than profiteering.I can understand the labour part of the bill..Specialized equipment to do the septic lines [auguring and flushing]...But over $2600.00 for what was done.. Definitely profiteering.Over several texts and phone calls all the response we got was 'It is our policy'. With this attitude. you will not have much of a policy for long. Customer satisfaction is most important { We owned a feed store and went out of our way to insure that we treated our customers with respect]..There is a saying.. If you liked our service, please tell others. If you did not like it, tell us'.. I guess that does not apply with this company

We had Drain Doctors out to perform a pump out and some septic repair on an older septic system that had not seen use or service for a long while.Pros:They were flexible with their schedulingThey performed quality work and provided informative reports post serviceCons:Material markup - We discovered after the installation that the material markup was rather high. For instance, We needed 3 PVC lids/bases. At $900 for 3 it seemed a bit high after the fact and so inquired with Andrew Sheret. For the same CSA approved lids and bases it would have been $189.Similarly the bag of Quickcrete was billed as $50 vs $15 to buy from the Home Depot.Given the markup concerns I can't recommend them as a service. For myself, I'll try someone else in the future.

Darryl at Drain Doctor's was amazing to work with, very efficient, great customer service with constant updates throughout the entire process. His staff regularly called to provide updates for timing of when the crew would arrive, when equipment was being delivered and when the work would be completed. He selected the best site for the septic and was clean and organized doing there very best to minimize the impact of the equipment on the yard. Darryl was also very quick to reply to text/calls as well if we ever had any questions. Knowledgeable and reliable and came in well within budget. I would highly recommend.

Was purchasing a home and booked drain doctors to do the septic inspection asap but could only get them on the same day subjects needed to be removed. They assured me that it was no problem and I would have the report same day even after I stressed the importance of receiving it on time. I didn't receive the report on time and had to remove subjects without it. Called 3 times after to discuss the issue and was ignored. No call back and no effort to resolve the issue. $1500 for a septic inspection that's no good to me now. We entered into a contract, I paid $1500 for drain doctors to do an inspection and get the report to me. They did not fulfill their obligations and did not compensate me in anyway. They were also 2hrs late to the appointment and didn't even call us to let us know.

Steer clear of this company. They used cold patch asphalt (a temporary fix) on our project, and then claimed that the product was just defective. Then he had one of his employees return and torch the cold patch (which voids the product warranty). Of course, that just made it worse. Now Darryl says they have done all they can" to fix the problem and we are on our own.We had a paving company come to inspect his crumbly

As a contractor that values timing on completion of jobs on a timely matter. We very much like working with drain doctor. Very happy with there services.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for the service we received. Darryl and Stephen were both friendly, professional, informative and each provided honest opinions and recommendations. Darryl's exceptional business ethics and his recommendation to try the less expensive repair first saved us approximately $20,000 (a quote we received from another company for work that wasn't even needed). Stephen answered all of our questions and was fantastic in explaining and showing us what he was doing and how we should maintain our septic system. He demonstrated such care for our property that it is difficult to even see the places where he had dug! The office staff were very friendly, helpful, efficient and a real pleasure to communicate with. Without hesitation we would recommend Drain Doctors to anyone and everyone!!!

Prompt call back ( on a Sunday ) and very professional and prompt service to my septic pump. Steve was very friendly , very knowledgeable and worked hard in a tight space. I know who to call if I have issues in the future. Thanks Ron
